Student answer (Band 5.0)

It is often argued by people that stress is major problem. Also it is thought that people suffer from more stress than they felt in the past.

On the one hand people have many diffrent types stress including work load in everyday life. some people taking too much stress about jobs and finacial occurs create more stress. However, In Today's world people are more professional and they annoying to ask help from another person and due to this reason they feel anxious and stressful.

On the second hand I would like to talk about previous generation that they are so active In their personal and professional lives. People are follwed by such types of management and advance uses of money. For example, People from past they explored their selves with limited addition. In fact, most of the people was in past only reliable on few things. Additionally, for this paticular reason people from past felt less stressed.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

The response addresses both parts of the prompt regarding modern stress versus the historical perspective, and presents a personal opinion in the conclusion. However, the development of ideas is limited and at times unclear. For instance, the example provided about task management and professional pride is confusingly articulated ('another person can not do it with lack of knowledge or law skills so on that time person should go straight to manager'). The arguments tend to wander and lack full extension, which places this response comfortably at Band 5.0. To improve, you should ensure your main arguments are clearly explained and supported with more cohesive, logical everyday examples.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

The essay is divided into paragraphs, but the overall progression of ideas is frequently disrupted by awkward transitions and confusing sentence connections. Phrases like 'On the one hand' and 'On the second hand' are used to introduce body paragraphs, though the latter is incorrectly phrased. Paragraphing is attempted, but internal cohesion is often faulty or mechanical, and referencing is unclear in places (e.g., 'for this particular reason people from past felt less stressed'). There is a lack of smooth signposting between sentences, which hinders the overall readability of the text. Overall, this performance aligns best with Band 5.0 descriptors for Coherence and Cohesion.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

The lexical range is limited and minimally adequate for discussing the topic. The student attempts some less common vocabulary items such as 'perfectionism', 'professional', and 'generation', but these are often accompanied by word-choice and spelling errors ('diffrent', 'finacial occurs', 'entrie', 'paticular', 'undrestand'). Collocations are frequently unnatural, such as 'taking too much stress about jobs' or 'reliable on few things'. These noticeable lexical errors and spelling mistakes cause some difficulty for the reader and prevent the score from reaching a higher band, placing it at a 5.0.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

The essay displays a very limited range of grammatical structures, relying heavily on simple sentences and repetitive patterns. Attempts at complex sentences are frequently faulty, leading to ungrammatical constructions and run-on sentences, such as in the concluding paragraph where multiple clauses are joined improperly ('However, I would like to mentioned most important idea that people can break down the stress in planning the way they think...'). Frequent errors in tense usage, article omission, and subject-verb agreement are present throughout the text (e.g., 'most of the people was in past only reliable'). These issues indicate a Band 5.0 performance for grammatical accuracy.
