Student answer (Band 4.0)
Some people belive that stress become as a big porblem and lots of people suffer from more stress for their past activites, I completely agree with them. On the other hand, some people feel that the number of stress is harmful for them and thay also say that the previous genetions can took more pressure but the idea of suffering from stress did not exist.
More stress is not good a human. stress kill our happiness. It directly connected with our subconscious mind. When people think about their past and at that time they imagine their mistakes. As a result people start to stress.
Further more, stress comes from mistakes imaginations not for physical pressure. Sometimes it comes from physical work but not all the time. Stessing people could not decorate their life. Maximum of the time in the whole day they suffor from stress, so that they cannot make consistance their aim. End of the day stress effect dangerously into their life.
In my opinion, stress create by our past mistakes. we should prevent to think about our past activities. We need to create a productive live as we can stop suffer from stress the reason is productive life help to think something new.
In conclusion, more stress come from lazyness mind.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 3.5
First, it must be noted that this response contains only 201 words, failing to meet the minimum requirement of 250 words, with 12 words copied from the prompt excluded. Furthermore, the response addresses the task only minimally and partially. While the student attempts to discuss both views and state an opinion, the ideas are severely limited and under-developed. For instance, the argument that stress is caused by 'mistakes imaginations' rather than physical pressure is overly simplistic and lacks clear elaboration or relevant examples. The position of the writer is somewhat unclear due to repetitive and muddled assertions, such as concluding that stress comes from a 'lazyness mind'. To improve, the writer needs to fully develop well-reasoned arguments for both sides of the prompt and ensure the word count exceeds the minimum threshold.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0
The response shows some basic organisation with paragraph breaks, but there is no clear overall progression of ideas. Information and thoughts are presented in a disjointed manner, making the text difficult to follow. Cohesive devices are either missing, inadequate, or repetitive, as seen with abrupt transitions like 'More stress is not good a human' and 'Further more'. Referencing is frequently unclear, and sentences often feel like isolated statements rather than linked parts of a cohesive argument. To achieve a higher band, the writer must ensure a logical sequence of ideas from sentence to sentence and employ a wider range of appropriate cohesive devices to connect paragraphs and arguments smoothly.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
The vocabulary used is basic and repetitive throughout the text. Words like 'stress', 'problem', 'pressure', and 'mistakes' are used constantly without variation. There are also noticeable lexical errors and awkward word choices, such as 'number of stress', 'Stessing people', and 'lazyness mind', which occasionally cause difficulty for the reader and reveal a lack of control over word formation and collocation. To move up to the next band, the writer needs to build a more varied and flexible vocabulary, incorporating less common lexical items accurately and demonstrating a stronger grasp of word forms and phrasing.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
The grammatical range is very limited, relying heavily on simple sentences and basic structures. Attempts at more complex sentences, such as 'When people think about their past and at that time they imagine their mistakes', are faulty and awkward. Frequent grammatical and punctuation errors are present throughout the text, including issues with subject-verb agreement ('stress become', 'stress kill'), missing articles ('good a human'), incorrect verb forms ('can took', 'stress effect dangerously'), and prepositions. These frequent errors strain the reader and obscure the intended meaning. To improve, the writer must practice constructing grammatically sound complex sentences and focus on foundational accuracy in verb tenses, articles, and agreements.
