Student answer (Band 5.0)
Stress is now become one of the major issue in the world, while in some soicities it has noted that people are suffering from more stress than they were in past. They think that the ratio of stress people have today is increased. They thought that pressure was more taken by the previous generation, but the idea of stress was uncommon in that days.
Admittedly, stress is not a minor problem in the society it is now one of the leading cause of death in young generation. There are many reasons of stress taking place in young generation. First of all, the reason of unemployment is a leading factor in causing stress. Secondly, younger generation is suffering from demotivation because they are not aspecting the job which they actually would. Thirdly, they are also disturbed by the family relations, thus resulting in depression. Food is also causing problems in the health of younger generation resulting in stress.
Moreover, some people opinion that pressure was more common in the previous genration, but nowadays stress has become a common in this era. In the early age there were not enough resources. The food was organic and healthy. Stress rarely happen in that era. The reason beyond this was that the people were very hard working and they usually were not greedy.
To conclude, i would say that stress is more common nowdays but it should be eliminated if goverment take steps to remove unemployment from the society. After this, their should be proper healthy and safe food. Exercise must be adopted in daily life. By adopting these measures we can overcome stress.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both views: the opening presents the belief that stress is greater today, while the third paragraph gives the view that earlier generations faced pressure but experienced less stress. Your conclusion also gives a position that stress is more common now. However, the discussion is only partly developed. The explanation of current stress focuses mainly on young people and lists unemployment, demotivation, family relations and food, without showing clearly how these factors compare with pressures in the past. The earlier-generation argument is also asserted rather than supported; claims that people were less greedy and stress rarely occurred need explanation or an example. Develop both sides more evenly and make your comparison explicit.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion. Sequencing words such as “First of all,” “Secondly,” and “Moreover” help signal the direction of the discussion. However, progression within paragraphs is often list-like: several possible causes of stress are added without explaining how they connect or which are most important. The link between the claim that stress is a leading cause of death and the following examples is also unclear. Some transitions are mechanical, and references such as “they” in the opening do not identify the people clearly. Use topic sentences that state each paragraph’s main point, then connect examples back to that point with clearer referencing.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use relevant topic vocabulary, including “unemployment,” “demotivation,” “family relations,” and “depression,” so the reader can follow the general subject. However, the range is limited and several noticeable spelling and word-choice errors make the writing less precise, such as “soicities,” “genration,” and “aspecting.” Some combinations are unnatural, including “the ratio of stress” and “stress taking place.” Repetition of “stress,” “generation,” and “people” also limits flexibility. Build a more accurate set of collocations for discussing pressure and its causes, and check spelling carefully. More precise expressions would help distinguish between experiencing pressure, reporting stress, and suffering from its effects.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt some longer sentences and use basic linking structures, for example, “The reason beyond this was that the people were very hard working…” However, the range is limited, and errors occur frequently in verb forms, agreement, articles and sentence construction. Examples include “Stress is now become,” “one of the major issue,” and “stress rarely happen.” The opening also shifts between present and past forms in “They think” and “They thought,” which makes the timeline less controlled. Several sentences join ideas with commas where a full stop or a clearer conjunction is needed. Practise accurate present and past forms, plural agreement, and sentence boundaries before adding more complex structures.
