Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0

You introduce the topic and mention both views: current life is stressful, while earlier generations also faced pressure. However, the discussion is very brief and does not explain the earlier-generation view clearly; “people prey fall in stress because of negative thinking” is difficult to interpret and is not supported with an example. Your own position is only partly clear in the final sentence, which focuses on present-day difficulties without directly comparing the two views. The response contains 183 words, so it is 67 words below the required minimum; 36 words copied from the prompt were not counted. This limits the space available to address all parts. Develop each view with a clear reason and a relevant example, then state your opinion explicitly.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5

There is a basic attempt to organise the response: the opening introduces the issue, “To begin with” signals the first view, and “In additionally” introduces the second. The final “overall” sentence also provides a conclusion. However, progression within paragraphs is weak: the discussion moves from personal problems to suicide, parks, and greenery without explaining how these points connect. The second view is especially short, and the conclusion does not bring the two perspectives together. Some linking phrases are used inaccurately or mechanically, which interrupts the flow. Give each view its own developed paragraph, connect examples directly to the point they support, and use clear references and transitions to show how the ideas relate.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “stress,” “pressure,” “negative thinking,” and “stress-free environment,” so the reader can identify the general subject. However, the range is basic and several word choices or collocations make meaning unclear. For example, “the amount of stress … is extended” does not naturally express the idea that stress is exaggerated, and “end their life chapter through societies” is difficult to understand. There are also spelling and word-form problems, such as “diseases” where the singular form is needed in context and “street” where the intended word appears to be “stress.” Aim for precise, natural phrases and check spelling; for instance, describe people as “experiencing stress” and refer to “work-related problems.”

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

You attempt both simple and longer sentences, including a sentence beginning “Because” and one using “Moreover,” but control is inconsistent. Errors in verb forms and agreement appear in phrases such as “it is believe,” “many people become the patient,” and “the greenery and park is provide.” Articles and sentence construction are also problematic, as in “in present world” and the fragment “Because, in past people…”. These errors sometimes make the intended meaning difficult to follow. Work on forming complete sentences and checking subject–verb agreement, verb forms, and articles. For example, write “many people become patients” and “parks provide a stress-free environment.”
