The table below gives information about the five small companies in Britain that came top in a survey of staff conducted by a national newspaper to find out which companies are the best to work for.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)

The table provides information regarding the five small companies in Britain that hold the highest position in a research of staff that is conducted by a national newspaper for digging out the companies those are the best to work for.

Overall, noticeable strength can be seen in the 3rd company which holds the maximum income margin that is because of the higher portion of young staffs though the turnover is low. Holding position no.5 , the company has a bunch of staffs however the higher income is missing here.

It can easily be said that the company stands on the 1st position is quite balanced in the each categories. Staffs with high income are pretty much decent and specially the females are earning more in this regards. The young employees are dominating here as well.

For the 2nd and 4th position, there is a huge gap in the staff in high income criteria. Here in the 2nd company , the adult workers are involved more than the 4th company because of the age of the employees . In the 4th company , the age of the workers not explicit that is why the income bracket stuck at only 5%.
