The table below gives information about the five small companies in Britain that came top in a survey of staff conducted by a national newspaper to find out which companies are the best to work for.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The table illustrates the data on 5 different minor size companies in Britain that performed well in a survey conducted by reporters of national newspaper to figure out which of them are best to work with.

Overall, the company in 1st position has least amount of staff, while the 5th placed company has the most of amount of employees. And in all of the top 5 companies employees are under the age of 35.

The staff percentages are lowest in the company placed in 1st rank while highest in 5th ranked while other between rankers had average of 75. female ratio was found higher in 1st and 4th placed companies while others ranks had more percentages of men.

Majority of the top 5 companies staff are young, below 35. Staff turnover rate was see lowest in 1st placed company and highest is 5th placed. Employees high salary bracket was seen highest in 3rd ranker and 2nd rankers.
