The table below gives information about the five small companies in Britain that came top in a survey of staff conducted by a national newspaper to find out which companies are the best to work for.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The table compares which micro company is the best to work at across five different companies in Britain.

Overall, the lowest ranked company has the highest number of staff, the biggest staff turnover percentage, and the least amount of high income. Furthermore, it is also a part of the group of companies that are dominated by adults under 35. The third ranked company is mainly dominated by male, while the fourth ranked company's employees are mostly female.

In terms of the highest and lowest ranked companies, they showed drastic differences in various aspects. The favorite company has the lowest amount of staff (56), while the least favorable company has the highest staff count (190). The highest ranked company is mainly dominated by female (70%), has the lowest staff turnover, and around a third of its employees are high income individuals. In contrast, the lowest ranked company is nearly evenly split between female and male workers (49% and 51% respectively), has the highest staff turnover percentage (33%), and the least amount of staff in high income bracket (2%). However, they have one aspect in common, which is that they have no staff over the age of 55.

In case of the other companies (second, third, and fourth), they have one aspect in common, while the others show some contrast. They have similar amount of staff, ranging between 72 to 79. Conversely, the third ranked company mainly consisted of male (74%), while the fourth ranked company is dominated by female staff (87%), the second place company is almost divided equally (47% male and 53% female). Lastly, the third and second ranked companies have a high proportion of staff in the high income bracket (74% and 48% respectively), while the fourth ranked company is the second lowest in this aspect (5%)
