The table below gives information about the five small companies in Britain that came top in a survey of staff conducted by a national newspaper to find out which companies are the best to work for.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

THE FIVE BEST SMALL COMPANIES TO WORK FOR

Student answer (Band 5.0)

The table depicts the five fine small companies in Britain which are top in a survey of staff conducted by national newpaper to fine out which companies are the best to work for.

For the first hand, they have certain criteria like they ranked according to the staff numbers, male:female ratio and etc. The company who hold the 1st rank which have 56 staff members and that is the lowest number rather than others four as well as they have ratio of 30:70 and all the staff members are under 35s and staff turnover percentage is 5% and at last 34% high income bracket. The company who hold 5th position it have the highest number of staff which is 190. Furthermore, a ratio of males and females is 51:49 and 93% are under 35s in the last in the last 33% and 2% are staff turnover and high income bracket.

However, compinies which hold 2nd, 3rd and 4th position have a similar states like; staff members are between 72 to 79. Moreover, only 3rd have a below 30% of female employ on the other hand 2nd and 4th have upper then 50% of female employ. Staff turnover are similar number like between 8% to 18%.

Overall, this table is bases on some fectores which is really importamt for company and as per my opinion all have velide reason and all are deserve their own position.
