The table below gives information about the five small companies in Britain that came top in a survey of staff conducted by a national newspaper to find out which companies are the best to work for.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The table data illustrates the information about the five small industries in Britain that came first in a survey of employees conducted by a national newspaper to determine which companies are the most suitable to work for.

Overall, it can be seen that fifth ranking company has the most young force in staff, while second ranking company provides the highest salary to their employees.

To begin with, staff members are highest in the 5th industry and followed by 2nd, 4th, 3rd and 1st, which contains 190, 79, 76, 72 and 56 employees respectively. According to male-female ratio, 1st and 3rd ranking company has the more amount of female than other industries. With respect to ages, 5th and 3rd company has the highest amount of the young workforce, which stands for 93% and 82% respectively. Staff turnover contains highest in the 5th company, which is 33% and totally contrast in the 1st ranking industry, which is 5%. In 3rd company, 74% of people comes under the high income bracket, while remaining industries are providing high salary, which vary from 2% to 40%.
