THE FIVE BEST SMALL COMPANIES TO WORK FOR
Student answer (Band 4.5)
The given table is depicting five minuscule companies shown by coutry's official newspaper which are suitable for individuals to work. Let's disscuss about the following facts with fewer reasons.
The company which stood at first position in survey contains minimum number of staff and their turnover usually 56 and 5 percent which is good enough and also has considerable strength of workers in high income of bracket. Male to female ratio of every country is also above the board which creates a good sense of developing a productive and positive environment.
If we talk about the age of workers working in these five countries,is really appriciated because employer of every age are almost working there ranging from under 35s to over 55s. It is a stupendous opportunity for the juniors to seek greater knowledge from well experienced seniors. Moreover,it provides a way to develop better communication skills between the staff of every age.
To sum up,as far as myself is concerned I would absolutely recommend these national companies to work because it is providing every facility which helps the staff to improve the environment more.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 3.5
The response only partially addresses the task requirements. While it attempts to discuss the data from the table, it misinterprets several key elements, such as referring to the companies as 'countries' and confusing staff numbers and turnover percentages. For instance, the writer states that the first company 'contains minimum number of staff and their turnover usually 56 and 5 percent', which conflates the staff count with the turnover rate and fails to accurately report the main features or make clear comparisons across all five companies. Furthermore, the report includes a large amount of irrelevant personal commentary and speculation, such as stating 'Let's disscuss about the following facts with fewer reasons' and 'as far as myself is concerned I would absolutely recommend these national companies', rather than maintaining an objective summary of the provided visual data.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
There is some basic organisation in the text, with paragraphs separating the introduction, body points, and conclusion. However, there is no clear overall progression of data reporting. Cohesive devices are sometimes used, such as 'Moreover' and 'To sum up', but referencing is frequently unclear or inappropriate, as seen in the phrase 'every country' when referring to companies. The logical flow is disrupted by informal conversational phrasing like 'If we talk about the age of workers', which detracts from the academic tone expected in this task. Paragraphing is attempted, but the internal structuring of ideas lacks the cohesive ties needed to guide the reader smoothly through the statistical information.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The vocabulary used is limited and contains noticeable errors that occasionally impede communication. There are frequent word choice and collocation inaccuracies, such as 'minuscule companies' instead of small companies, 'high income of bracket' instead of high income bracket, and repeatedly referring to companies as 'countries'. Spelling mistakes also occur, such as 'disscuss' and 'appriciated'. While the student attempts some less common vocabulary items like 'stupendous opportunity' and 'considerable strength', these are often used inappropriately in an academic context, restricting the lexical range to a minimally adequate level for this task.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The text displays a very limited range of sentence structures, and attempts at more complex sentences are frequently faulty. There are frequent errors in grammar, punctuation, and article usage, such as missing subjects or verbs in clauses (e.g., 'is really appriciated because employer of every age are almost working there') and subject-verb agreement issues (e.g., 'employer... are'). Punctuation errors are also present, including missing spaces after commas (e.g., 'Moreover,it') and run-on phrasing. These persistent errors cause some difficulty for the reader and demonstrate a lack of control over basic and complex grammatical forms alike.
