Student answer (Band 4.5)
In the table show five small compenies but the one compeny is on the top due to different reason we copare diffrent facter of the companies .
frist we compare the diffrent facter of each ;
1st posation of compeny;
That compeny have 56 empolyies and the ratio of ,male and feamle is 30:70 at maen that in this compeny have more number of feamle then male.
Now we say that the the emmpoly is under 35 years .
the staff turnovr is 5% so this also a reason for taks frist posation.
And in this comapney the high income bracket is 34%.
2nd posation compeny is;
That compeny have 79 empolyies and the ratio of ,male and feamle is 47:53 at maen that in this compeny have more number of feamle then male.
Now we say that the the emmpoly is under 59 years .
the staff turnovr is 18% so this also a reason for taks 2nd posation.
And in this comapney the high income bracket is 48%.
That compeny have 72 empolyies and the ratio of ,male and feamle is 13:87 at maen that in this compeny have more number of feamle then male.
Now we say that the the emmpoly is under 26 years .
the staff turnovr is 5% so this also a reason for taks 3rd posation.
And in this comapney the high income bracket is 34%.
and so on all are also mention.
but the 4th compeny 76 staff number and male to female ratio 13:87 but the
age of empoly is under 93%. it mean that the all empoly are under the age of 35 years .
and the 5th compeny have the staff numer is 190 have high nuber empoly so we thats is the reason to the last posation because that is not enough to sret many empolyes on your compeniy but we should required to improve your quality.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0
You identify the table’s subject and report some relevant figures, including the first company’s 56 employees, 30:70 gender ratio and 5% turnover. However, the response only minimally summarises the data: it lacks a clear overview of the main patterns and does not accurately cover all five companies. Several details are misread or assigned to the wrong company. For example, the third-ranked company has a 74:26 ratio, 82% under 35 and 8% turnover, not the figures given in your account; the 13:87 ratio belongs to the fourth company, whose under-35 figure is 26%, not 93%. Avoid claiming that a particular figure explains a ranking unless the table establishes this. Select accurate comparisons and summarise the overall contrasts.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0
The response attempts to move through the companies in ranking order, and repeated labels such as “1st position” and “2nd position” give the reader some indication of the topic. However, ideas are not arranged into a clear overview followed by organised comparisons. The third company is not clearly labelled, “and so on all are also mention” leaves information unfinished, and the later discussion of the fourth and fifth companies is difficult to follow. Repeated sentence patterns and frequent semicolons make the response feel like a list rather than a connected summary. Use a short introduction and overview, then group related comparisons—for example, staff turnover and income levels—and use clear paragraphing and linking phrases.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You use a small set of relevant terms, including “staff turnover,” “high income bracket,” “ratio” and “position,” so the reader can recognise the subject of the table. However, vocabulary is basic and highly repetitive, especially “company,” “staff” and “compney,” and frequent spelling errors make the report harder to read. Some expressions are also unclear or unsuitable for describing data, such as “the one company is on the top due to different reason” and “sret many employees.” Aim for accurate, concise reporting language and use terms such as “ranked first,” “proportion,” “employees” and “the highest turnover.” Check spelling carefully and avoid informal or speculative wording.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
Most sentences rely on a repeated simple pattern, such as “That company have 79 employees,” so there is little variety in sentence structure. Errors in verb agreement, articles and sentence construction occur frequently: “the table show” should be “the table shows,” and “That company have” should be “That company has.” The phrase “at mean that” also makes the relationship between the ratio and its explanation unclear. Punctuation is inconsistent, with fragments such as “2nd position company is;” and several sentences joined or separated awkwardly. Practise accurate simple sentences first, then combine comparisons using structures such as “whereas” and “while.”
