First, the five small companies in united kingdom have lot of things to calculate and finding out which one better. such as position of survey first brand have 56 staff member, the ratio male or female is 30:70 or the under age of 35s or above 55s ratio is 77% \ 0%, in this companies staff turn over is 5% and lastly staff in high income bracket is 34%. second company have 79 staff squad, gender ratio like male or female is approx 47:53 is slightly better then first brand. aging wise staff is under 35 to over 55s is 59% to 1% or stuff turn over 18% better than first brand or staff high income bracket is 48% another advantage to perivious company. third brand have 72 staff gender ratio is 74:26 or age wise staff have 82% to 0% means all staff under 35, staff turnover 8% high income bracket 74% is beetter than pervious two brands. fourth company have similar staff members like 76 or 13:87 is gender ratio, under 35 is 26% or above 8%. 13% staff turnover high income bracket is low than other s is just 5%. fifth company have huge number of staff than other any one, gender ratio is balance 51:49 all stuff are in 35s, staff turnover 33% and good income bracket just 2% is very low then other four companies, moreover the best company for work in my view for national survey is second company.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5

You report several relevant figures for all five companies, including staff numbers, gender ratios, turnover and high-income shares. However, the response does not clearly summarise the most important overall patterns: for example, the third-ranked company has the highest high-income share (74%), while the fifth has the largest workforce and highest turnover (190 and 33%). Some details are misinterpreted: 59% under 35 and 1% over 55 does not mean the second company is “better” than the first, and the fifth company’s age figure is 93% under 35, not that all staff are under 35. The overview mainly repeats the task, and the personal opinion about the second company is not supported by the survey. Select key comparisons and describe them accurately.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5

The response follows the table’s ranking, moving from the first company to the fifth, so the reader can generally identify which figures belong to each business. However, the information is presented as one long paragraph, with no clear separation between an overview and supporting details. Repeated sequencing words such as “First,” “second,” and “third” provide only basic organisation, while long sentences joined by “or” and “and” make comparisons difficult to follow. References such as “better than first brand” and “other four companies” are not always clear about which measure is being compared. Use distinct paragraphs for the overview and details, and group comparisons by feature rather than listing every statistic company by company.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some relevant vocabulary for describing the table, including “staff turnover,” “gender ratio,” “high income bracket,” and “survey.” This gives the response a basic range suited to the topic. However, word choice is often repetitive or imprecise: “brand” is used for companies, “staff squad” for employees, and “aging wise” for age distribution. Several phrases are awkward, such as “information of tiny brands” and “good income bracket,” and spelling errors including “perivious” and “beetter” reduce accuracy. Aim for standard, precise terms such as “company,” “employees,” “proportion,” and “share of staff in the high-income bracket.” Avoid informal or evaluative wording when reporting data.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

The response attempts to combine several pieces of information in longer sentences, but sentence structures are often incomplete or difficult to control. For example, “Overall it evident that information about five companies” is missing a verb, while “third brand have 72 staff” shows a recurring subject–verb agreement problem. Articles and plurals are also frequently omitted or inconsistent, as in “first brand have 56 staff member.” Punctuation is weak: the long company descriptions run together, and sentence boundaries are unclear. These errors sometimes make relationships between figures hard to understand. Practise accurate simple sentences first, then add controlled comparisons using structures such as “whereas” and “compared with.”
