Student answer (Band 5.0)
In my perspective benefits are greater then the disadvatages for international travel and the global expansion of mass media around the world.
Moreover, international media has imposed significant influence on the people around the globe. Advatages for mass media could be various which includes:
Traditional awareness, how people in different countries make there festivals,
Social awareness, regarding the trend of life and iternational explosure.
Moving forward, the disadvatages are comparing ourselves with others. Local culture has getting less valuable because people start implemting the west culture and forget there customes, values, and the standards of living. They have unrealistic expectations approch due to international media because the local resources are not enough to fulfill the requirments of individual desires.
I will stick to advantages outweigh the disadvatages. Beacuse in this century people are more aware about there rights and values. International world has given them route to success. In my opinion, people who has to move abroad are more fimilier with the culture and survival before going to there. Overall international media has impacted poitivly to the people lis.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response fails to meet the minimum word count requirement of 250 words, reaching only 179 words. This significantly impacts the development of ideas. While you state a position, the arguments are underdeveloped and lack specific examples or evidence to support your claims. For instance, the points regarding 'traditional awareness' and 'social awareness' are presented as a list rather than fully explored paragraphs. To improve, you must expand on your points with concrete examples and ensure you meet the length requirement to allow for a full discussion of the prompt.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is divided into short paragraphs, but the logical progression is weak. The use of cohesive devices is minimal and sometimes mechanical, such as 'Moving forward' and 'Moreover'. The transition between ideas is abrupt, and the lack of depth makes it difficult for the reader to follow a clear argument. To improve, focus on using a wider range of linking words and ensure that each paragraph has a clear topic sentence that is supported by subsequent sentences, rather than just listing ideas.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is limited and repetitive. There are frequent spelling errors such as 'disadvatages', 'iternational', 'explosure', 'implemting', 'customes', 'fimilier', and 'poitivly'. These errors, combined with basic word choices, indicate a limited range of vocabulary. To improve, you should focus on learning the correct spelling of common academic words and attempt to use more precise terminology related to the topic of globalization and media, rather than relying on simple, often misspelled, descriptive words.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede communication. Examples include 'In my perspective benefits are greater then the disadvatages' (should be 'than'), 'how people in different countries make there festivals' (should be 'their'), and 'people who has to move' (should be 'have'). The sentence structures are mostly simple, and there is a lack of complex grammatical forms. To improve, focus on subject-verb agreement, correct pronoun usage, and practice constructing more complex sentences using subordinating conjunctions.
