Student answer (Band 5.5)
The effortless international travel, because of the individuals who share their experiences on internet by visiting different countries has really assist tourists to explore different locations where they had never been. I actually believe that, the pros of it are more than its cons.
The content of sharing their views, visits to different parts of countries and helping many future tourists to identify whether the place is worth it or not has really become one of the pivotal way to go at the perfect places around the world. It already makes easier for the visitors to not to waste time or money at useless things; where they are planning to visit. Additionally, by this act plethora of individuals already decide their future visiting country according to the content they have seen on internet ; which had inspired them.
On the other hand, beyond many advantages of it a disadvantage comes, which is that different tourists carry their own taste of food, nature, and ability to discover good places. A single negative content can ruin the actual great things present at that place. Furthermore, due to this the viewers already cancel their plans to visit those places and to explore them by themselves.
In conclusion, it is necessary to not only depend on the content but to let your own self to identify different places, food and the goodness of the country or any place. Still, many content creators have helped so many of us from getting scammed at some areas, also to identify perfect visits for any kind of tour.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You give a clear overall view that the benefits outweigh the drawbacks, and you include relevant points about travel content helping people choose destinations and avoid scams, alongside the risk that negative reviews may deter visitors unfairly. However, the response only partly addresses the full topic: the prompt concerns international travel and mass media broadly, while your discussion focuses mainly on online content creators and tourism decisions. The advantages are more developed than the disadvantage, but both remain general; for example, explain how media can build understanding of other cultures, and support the claim about misleading negative content with a specific example. A more explicit comparison of the scale and importance of the two sides would make your position more fully supported.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, a paragraph presenting advantages, a contrasting paragraph, and a conclusion. The progression from benefits to a drawback is generally easy to follow, and signposts such as “Additionally,” “On the other hand,” and “In conclusion” help guide the reader. However, some links are mechanical or unclear. For instance, “by this act” does not clearly identify what “act” refers to, and the opening sentence is difficult to connect to the main argument. The conclusion introduces advice about relying on one’s own judgement rather than clearly weighing the two sides. Strengthen cohesion by making each paragraph’s central point explicit and using clearer references between sentences.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You attempt a range of topic-related vocabulary, including “international travel,” “content creators,” “scammed,” and “explore,” and the reader can generally understand your ideas. There are also attempts at less common expressions, such as “pivotal” and “plethora,” but some choices are unnatural or imprecise: “perfect places,” “useless things,” and “the goodness of the country” do not convey your meaning precisely. Phrases such as “the content of sharing their views” and “future visiting country” are also awkwardly formed. Aim for natural collocations and precise terms, such as “travel reviews,” “suitable destinations,” and “local attractions.” This would make your vocabulary more effective without relying on elevated words that do not fit the context.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You use both simple statements and longer sentences with subordinate clauses, for example, “A single negative content can ruin the actual great things present at that place.” This shows an attempt to vary sentence structure, and the main message is usually recoverable. However, some sentence patterns are faulty or difficult to follow. In the opening, “has really assist” has an incorrect verb form, while “It already makes easier” is missing a required object. There are also problems with agreement and articles in “one of the pivotal way,” and the sentence beginning “The content of sharing their views” lacks a clear grammatical structure. Review verb forms, singular/plural agreement, and sentence boundaries, then simplify sentences whose clauses are difficult to control.
