Student answer (Band 4.5)
International travel has become an important part to grow yourself. I want to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the ease of international travel and the spread of various kinds of mass media all over the world have made it more possible than ever for people to know how other people live in the other countries.
To begin with the advantages of mass media, Some peoples share their struggle life on mass media that how they can struggle in their life to achieve success, some travellers explore the culture of other countries, by watching there struggle and reviews on mass media, young people motivate and know that how we can survive if we can travel to other country.
Moreover, Some peoples upload fake things about other countries and demotivate peoples to not travel to other countries, They provide false updates about their cultural bevaiour and still they are not comeback to their homeland after telling yoyu fake things. Disadvantages are that people who spread false news to nrew travellers avoid from them.So i think so spread of various kinds of mass media all over the world have made it more possible than ever to know. But we got a perfect knowledge from a varified person, false information is also spread on mass media.
Overall i agree that international trvelling is easy than ever and the spread of various kind of mass media have made it more possible than ever, but unfortunately , for travelling their is more strict because of embassies hardely checkout the income and background of traveller before the travelling is easy in other countries

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0
You address the topic and give a general view that international travel and mass media make it easier to learn about other countries. You also mention potential benefits, such as travellers sharing cultural experiences, and a drawback: false information online. However, the response does not clearly weigh whether the advantages outweigh the disadvantages, and several points are difficult to interpret or are not supported with a clear example. The final point about embassies checking travellers’ income and background is not clearly connected to the question. The response is 214 words, so it is 36 words below the required minimum; the 52 words copied from the task prompt were not counted. Develop a clear position and explain each main idea with a relevant example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
There is a basic attempt to organise the response, with an opening, a paragraph beginning “To begin with,” another beginning “Moreover,” and a concluding statement. These markers help signal a sequence of points. However, the progression is difficult to follow because ideas within paragraphs are loosely connected: the discussion moves from travellers’ struggles to motivation and survival without explaining the links. The contrast between advantages and disadvantages is also not consistently signposted, and the conclusion introduces embassy checks without preparing the reader for this point. Some linking phrases, such as “So i think so,” are awkward or repetitive. Use one paragraph for each side, connect each supporting detail directly to its main idea, and make the conclusion answer the outweigh question.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “mass media,” “culture,” “false updates,” and “background,” which gives the response a basic range relevant to the subject. There are also attempts to express more specific ideas, such as travellers sharing reviews and people spreading false information. However, vocabulary is often repetitive or imprecise, and several word choices make the meaning hard to understand, for example “struggle life,” “fake things,” and “perfect knowledge.” Spelling errors such as “bevaiour,” “varified,” and “trvelling” are noticeable, while “peoples” is not the appropriate plural form. Build a more precise set of phrases for describing cultural exchange, misinformation, and travel experiences, and check spelling and word forms.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences, including a conditional structure in “if we can travel to other country.” However, control is inconsistent, and errors in sentence construction and agreement sometimes make the message difficult to follow. For example, the opening sentence, “International travel has become an important part to grow yourself,” does not form a clear grammatical relationship, while “the spread … have made it” has a subject–verb agreement problem. Articles and plurals are also often missing or inaccurate, as in “other country” and “Some peoples.” Several sentences run together with commas or lack clear punctuation, particularly in the paragraph about false information. Practise building complete sentences with one main idea each, then check agreement, articles, and sentence boundaries.
