Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You identify the main contrast: fines rise substantially, while fatalities fluctuate rather than showing a sustained decline. You also report key survey findings, including the 60% who say cameras do not reduce accidents and the 71% who believe revenue is the main reason for installation. However, some details are inaccurate or unclear: fines reach about 580,000 in year five and 780,000 in year six, not 600,000 in year six; and the final sentence gives 56% and 19% without explaining that these respondents think there are too many and too few cameras. The overview also says the number of cameras installed increased, but the tables report opinions about camera numbers, not a trend in installations. Covering these points accurately and developing the final survey result would make the report more complete.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The report has a recognisable structure: an introduction and overview are followed by a paragraph on the graph and one on the survey. Sequencing terms such as “Firstly,” “However,” and “Secondly” help signal the shift between topics. Some connections are nevertheless unclear or mechanical. For example, “after that road accidents fluctuated in remaining years” does not specify the pattern, and “there are about 56% camera and 19%” leaves the relationship between the figures and the survey question unstated. The overview also combines several claims in a long sentence, making the main comparisons harder to follow. Use clearer links between each figure and what it represents, and organise the survey findings in a complete, logically connected sequence.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use a reasonable range of task-related vocabulary, including “fluctuated,” “installation,” “revenue,” and “road safety,” and the reader can generally understand the intended comparisons. However, several choices are inaccurate or unnatural for a formal data report. “Challan on the overspeeding” is not an appropriate way to describe the fines, while “the fines on the overspeeding” and “number of camera installed” are also awkward. There are spelling errors such as “teh,” and “accidents” is sometimes used where the chart specifically records fatalities. Choose precise terms from the task and use natural collocations; this will improve clarity without requiring more elaborate vocabulary.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a contrast with “while” and a time sequence introduced by “after that.” Some grammatical errors remain and occasionally make relationships difficult to interpret. For example, “the table provide” has subject–verb disagreement, and “speed camera fines in first year was” has problems with articles and agreement. In “there are only 32% reduction,” the noun phrase and verb form are not controlled, while “while there 60% remain” is incomplete. Work on matching singular and plural subjects with verbs, using articles with singular countable nouns, and forming complete clauses. More accurate sentence patterns will help your comparisons read clearly.
