Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
You have successfully addressed all parts of the prompt, including the line graphs and the survey tables. You provided a clear overview and selected key features, such as the upward trend in fines and the relative stability of accident rates. However, the report could be improved by more precise data reporting. For instance, you mention '1600,00' for the eighth year, which is unclear and likely a typo for 1,600,000. Additionally, the comparison between the survey data and the trends could be more integrated. Ensure that all figures are transcribed accurately to maintain the reliability of your report.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The response is logically organized with a clear introduction, overview, and body paragraphs. You use some cohesive devices, such as 'On the other hand,' 'In contrast to it,' and 'Beside the graphs,' which help guide the reader. However, some transitions feel slightly mechanical, and the paragraphing could be more balanced. The final paragraph is quite dense with statistics; grouping these by theme (e.g., effectiveness vs. revenue generation) would improve the flow and readability of the information.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, using terms like 'fluctuations,' 'revenue,' and 'installation.' However, there are some inaccuracies in word choice and collocation, such as 'the graph hiked' (a 'hike' is usually a noun; 'rose sharply' or 'surged' would be better) and 'number of speed cameras are too much' (should be 'too many'). To reach a higher band, try to incorporate more sophisticated synonyms and ensure collocations are natural.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
You use a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While the meaning is generally clear, there are several grammatical errors, such as missing articles ('in UK' should be 'in the UK'), subject-verb agreement issues ('number of people... were' should be 'was'), and punctuation errors. Some sentences are slightly awkward, such as 'Over more than 50% people are off the view.' Focusing on proofreading for basic grammatical accuracy and refining your use of articles and prepositions will help improve your score in this area.
