The graphs below show the number of drivers in Britain who have been caught driving too fast by speed cameras placed on roads, and the number of people killed in road accidents, over an eight-year period since the introduction of speed cameras. The tables show the results of a survey on people's opinions on speed cameras.

Write a report for a university lecturer describing the information below.

SPEED CAMERA FINES and ROAD ACCIDENT FATALITIES

Student answer (Band 5.0)

The illustrated graph depicts the number of drivers in Britain who were caught in cameras placed on the road while speeding fast, number of people were killed in road accidents over eight-years were recorded in cameras. The table represents, survey on people's views on speed cameras.

Cameras speed fines were increased constantly from 200,000 to approximatly 1,500,000 in these eight years. On the other hand, road accients fatalities were recorded about 3,200 which increased to around 3,400 in those eight-years.

Survey's data depcits the numbers of views of people, individuals who reflected that speed cameras reduce the number of road accidents were 32% who were agreed, 60% were disagreed and 8% people have no idea. The survey which shows figers of people who believed that, the main reason for installation of cameras were 26% who believed that cameras improve road saftey, 71% individuals reflected that cameras are for raise revenue and 3% people don't know ther reason. People who believed that number of speed camers on the road response were 56% too many , 19% too few, 17% belived about right and 8% don't know about it.

In comparison, due to speed cameras fine were increased, number of accidents were slightly rose and numerous people disagreed that accidents reduce were controlled. Mostly people belives that camreas were for rasieing revenue.
