Student answer (Band 5.5)
Nowadays, there are a growing belief that anyone can achive success in the arts, including music, literature, and acting, As a result, man people without artistic talent gain wealth and popularity, while truly talented individuals often struggle to receive respect. I compeletely agree with this statement.
On the one hand, social media has a major impact for getting popularity. For example, many people gain popularity through viral vedios rather than genuine artisitc skills. Everyone is now acitve on online paltforms especially teenagers and also there are wide vearity of applications such as, facebook, instagram, tiktok and youtube, these apps provide oppotunity to the ordinary people to get famous though content. For instance, audiance sometimes focus on more on entertainment than talent. As a consequence, some social media influencers become famous overnight without having profrssional artistic abilities.
On the other hand, Talented artis are often ignored because of popularity. Furthermore, artists often spend years developing their skills. They also study those subjects for several years. However, they receive less public attention and financial support. Their hard word is overshadowed by the people who achive popularity in a short time. As a result, geunine talent is undervalued bu the local people. Moreover, artists frequently represent the culture through musics. They provide the heriages of the country to the young generation but they are avoided by the audience since they do not provide any entertainment to the spectators.
In conclusion, social media has a major imapct of avoided artists talent because it makes ordinery people famous within on day where talented artist have to struggle for occupation and recognition.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
Your position is clear from the introduction: “I completely agree,” and the essay stays focused on the claim that popularity can outweigh artistic ability. You address both the rise of non-specialist fame and the neglect of skilled artists, using social media influencers and artists’ years of training as relevant examples. However, some points are asserted rather than fully explained. For instance, the claim that traditional artists are avoided because they “do not provide any entertainment” is unclear and needs a more convincing explanation or example. To strengthen the response, develop the link between online popularity, commercial success and the reduced recognition of genuine artistic skill, and make the cultural-heritage point more precise.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The essay has a clear overall structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs presenting related points, and a conclusion that restates your view. Connectors such as “On the one hand,” “Furthermore,” and “As a result” help signal relationships between ideas. At times, however, the progression within paragraphs is less smooth: the first body paragraph moves from social-media platforms to teenagers, applications and entertainment without clearly showing how each point supports the main claim. Some linking phrases also feel mechanical, and “On the one hand” is not followed by a clearly balanced opposing side. Group related ideas more tightly and use clearer references to show how each example supports your argument.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use relevant topic vocabulary, including “viral videos,” “artistic skills,” “financial support,” “recognition” and “cultural heritage,” so the reader can follow the main ideas. However, spelling errors and imprecise or unnatural combinations are noticeable and sometimes make the meaning harder to process. Examples include “achive,” “artisitc,” “hard word,” and “impact of avoided artists talent.” Some wording is also repetitive, particularly references to popularity and fame. Check spelling carefully and learn common collocations as complete phrases; for example, say that social media “has an impact on artists’ visibility” rather than “has an impact of avoided artists talent.” More precise vocabulary would make your argument clearer and more convincing.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt a mix of simple and complex sentences, including clauses with “while,” “because” and “since,” and the overall meaning is generally understandable. Some grammatical errors nevertheless affect clarity. The opening needs “there is a growing belief,” not “there are a growing belief,” and “many people” requires the correct determiner. In “artists often spend years developing their skills,” the sentence is sound, but later structures such as “they provide the heritages of the country” and “where talented artist have to struggle” show problems with articles, number and sentence construction. Punctuation also needs attention, especially where long sentences join several ideas. Practise checking subject–verb agreement, singular and plural forms, and sentence boundaries.
