Student answer (Band 5.0)
In some nations recently there is common believe that anyone can makes arts, music, literature and act. Consequently, individuals with natural telents are ingored, while peopel with no telent became successful. Personlly, I do nit agree with this statemen and i see that normal people can not compete with someone with natrual telent.
To begin with, this growing attitude was because people think that with the right effort and education they can become like the people with natural talent. For example, An non-talented actor can become a good actor if he trained enough. However, his talent will be limited in specific roles, because it require a natural talent to master every character. With the puplic support he gained because the effort he made, he became a famous actor because the role he mastered the most. Therefore moost of the people with think that natural talent is not necessary.
On the other hand, genuine talent won't be apperciated, becuase spread of the idea that people with genuine skills do not need to do much effort as normal peopel. Meanwhile the truth Is both of them are can the same effort and still the genius one not admired. For instance, a student who thought to be genius for his high grades he won't recieve the apperciation as student who known for continus study too boost his score.
To sum up, it's possible to become good at something that reqiure skill with time and much effort, but that doesn't mean he will become better than someone with natrual talent.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You give a clear overall disagreement, especially in the opening and conclusion, and you address the relationship between effort and natural ability. The actor example also supports the idea that practice can lead to success without necessarily producing exceptional ability. However, the response only partially develops the question’s central claim that people without talent become rich and famous while genuine talent is undervalued. The actor is described as becoming famous, but the explanation of how this happens is unclear, and the example does not show how a genuinely talented person is overlooked. The student example is also difficult to connect to recognition in the arts. Develop each point with a clearer explanation and a relevant example of fame, wealth, or public appreciation.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs presenting related points, and a conclusion. Linking phrases such as “To begin with,” “On the other hand,” and “To sum up” help signal the stages of the argument. However, progression within the paragraphs is not always clear. In the first body paragraph, the shift from effort and education to an actor’s fame and then to public opinion needs clearer connections. The second paragraph’s example about students also feels disconnected from the arts-focused question. Some linking is mechanical, and references such as “both of them” are unclear. Organise each paragraph around one main claim, then explain and illustrate it in a logical sequence.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “natural talent,” “genuine skills,” “effort,” “education,” and “appreciated.” These terms allow the reader to identify your main ideas. However, the range is limited and several spelling and word-choice errors make parts of the response difficult to understand, for example “telents,” “ingored,” “apperciated,” and “continus.” Some phrases are also unnatural or imprecise, such as “makes arts” and “master every character.” Aim to use accurate topic-specific expressions and check spelling carefully. More precise wording for recognition and success in the arts would also help you explain the task’s claims more directly.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a conditional example (“An non-talented actor can become a good actor if he trained enough”) and a contrast introduced by “However.” This shows an effort to vary sentence forms. However, complex structures are often faulty, and frequent errors can make the meaning difficult to follow. For example, “anyone can makes” has incorrect verb agreement, “if he trained enough” does not match the conditional structure, and “both of them are can the same effort” is not grammatically formed. There are also problems with articles, sentence boundaries, and tense consistency. Practise building accurate clauses first, then combine them using conditionals and contrast structures.
