Student answer (Band 5.5)
Nowadays, in certain territories, people believe that there is no need of any special talent in the arts such as music, literature, acting. Therefore, artists with no talent become renowned and pure talanted persons do not get proper appreciation. I firmly disagree with this notion as hard work and luck are more important than talent .
To begin, hard work is the key of success in every sector incuding arts. If a person with no innate talent tries his best, he can achieve anything in his life. For instance, Arijit Singh was rejected from a reality show. The judges said that he had no proficient voice for singing. Nevertheless, he did not give up for his dream. Now he is one of the well known singers in the world.
Apart from this, we need to be fortunate to be fabous. Sometimes, people do not have any extraordinary quality. However, their luck favor for them. As a result, they can shine as a actor or musician. For example, Hero Alam is a famous actor of Bangladesh but he has no skill of acting. This has just happened due to his luck.
On the other hand, in some cases, many talented people do not valued sufficiently. Thus, they leg behind in their lives. There are many childern who are excellent in letarature but fail to publish single of them.
To sum up. I believe that everone can be wealthy or famous in asts section if they diligent and fortunate which is explained in the aforementioned points of view.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
Your position is clear in the introduction: you disagree with the claim, arguing that hard work and luck can matter more than talent. The examples of Arijit Singh and Hero Alam are relevant to this view, and you also acknowledge that some talented people are not sufficiently valued. However, the response only partly develops the issue in the prompt. It does not clearly explain whether people without talent becoming famous means genuine talent is generally overlooked, and the point about children unable to publish their writing is brief and unsupported. To strengthen the response, explain how each example supports your position and address both sides of the claim more directly.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, supporting paragraphs, a counterpoint and a conclusion. Sequencing phrases such as “To begin,” “Apart from this” and “On the other hand” help signal the direction of the argument. However, progression between ideas is sometimes mechanical, and the relationship between the counterpoint and your overall disagreement is not fully explained. The paragraph about talented children appears suddenly and is not developed with a clear link to the earlier examples. The conclusion also repeats the ideas of being “diligent and fortunate” rather than drawing the argument together. Use clearer links between claims and examples, and make each paragraph build on the position established in the introduction.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “innate talent,” “renowned,” “appreciation” and “extraordinary quality,” which helps communicate the main ideas. However, the range is limited and several inaccurate word choices or spelling errors make the writing less precise, such as “pure talanted persons,” “fabous,” “leg behind” and “asts section.” Some phrases are also unnatural, including “luck favor for them” and “no proficient voice for singing.” Aim to learn accurate collocations and check spelling carefully. More precise expressions would help distinguish natural ability, sustained effort and public recognition, rather than relying repeatedly on general terms such as “famous,” “luck” and “talent.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt a mix of simple and complex sentences, including conditional and contrast structures: “If a person with no innate talent tries his best, he can achieve anything” and “However, their luck favor for them.” The meaning is generally understandable, but errors recur in sentence construction, agreement, articles and punctuation. For example, “people do not valued sufficiently” needs a passive verb form, while “as a actor” has an article error; “To sum up.” is also incorrectly punctuated as a sentence fragment. The conclusion’s “if they diligent” omits a verb. Practise checking each sentence for a complete verb phrase, correct subject–verb agreement and appropriate articles, while continuing to use varied structures.
