Student answer (Band 4.5)

In present era, the people become artist and ruch and famous without having a talent because of anyone can do it attitudes hence talent is noot get prise as it desearved. In my perspective, I partially agree with the view.

There are a number of person become famous and rich due to having exposure of social media. In addition, as people who do not have talent, make reels in siocial media and become viral for instance, one of the goods seller become viral for 1 reel where he sang kach badam song thus he got a number of offer from music industry. Hence, people have talent are mn]not ghetting the opportunirty whereas due to the social media many talentless person get hype withoout ven have knowledge of that field. Thus, may talented people leave industry due to this.

On the other hand, people who have talent also get limelight because of social media since they do not the opportunity when social

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0

You state a position—“I partially agree”—and give a relevant example of someone becoming famous through a viral social-media performance. This shows an understanding of the issue, but the response addresses the task only partially: the argument about talentless people gaining attention is brief, and the opposing point begins (“people who have talent also get limelight”) but is left unfinished. As a result, your degree of agreement is not explained or supported across both sides, and there is no developed conclusion. The response is also 90 words below the required minimum, which leaves too little space to develop your ideas. To improve, explain why viral popularity may not equal artistic ability, then support your partial agreement with a complete counterargument and a clear conclusion.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0

The response has an opening paragraph followed by a paragraph about social media, and linking expressions such as “In addition,” “Hence,” and “On the other hand” show an attempt to connect ideas. However, the progression is difficult to follow because several points are compressed into long, unclear sentences, and the final paragraph stops mid-sentence at “when social”. The links between claims are not always clear: for example, the move from one viral singer to talented people leaving the industry needs explanation. The essay also lacks a completed ending, so the position is not brought together. Use one main idea per paragraph, explain how each example supports your view, and finish with a conclusion that restates your position.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some topic-relevant vocabulary, including “social media,” “viral,” “music industry,” “talent,” and “opportunity,” so the reader can identify the subject of your argument. However, the range is limited and several inaccurate or misspelled expressions make parts difficult to understand, such as “noot get prise,” “desearved,” and “talentless person get hype.” Some phrases are also imprecise, including “one of the goods seller” and “got a number of offer.” Aim for accurate collocations and a wider range of language for discussing artistic recognition, popularity, and ability. For instance, describe someone as “gaining sudden online fame” rather than simply “getting hype,” and check spelling and word forms before submitting.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt to use both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a reason clause with “because” and a contrast introduced by “On the other hand.” However, the range is limited, and errors are frequent enough to make several sentences hard to follow. For example, “There are a number of person become famous” lacks a clear grammatical structure, while “as people who do not have talent, make reels” has an incorrect clause pattern. There are also problems with agreement and sentence boundaries, as in “many talentless person get hype,” and the final sentence is incomplete. Practise building complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, check singular/plural agreement, and use punctuation to separate connected ideas.
