Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 3.0
You identify the topic and refer to both the opportunity to enter the arts and the concern that people without talent may become famous. However, the response does not clearly answer whether you agree or disagree: “I agree on this opinion” appears to support freedom to work in any field, but the later paragraph presents the opposite concern, and the final sentence is unfinished. The ideas are mostly asserted rather than explained or supported with examples, so the reader cannot see why genuine talent is overlooked or how this happens. The response also falls 15 words short of the required minimum. State one clear position in the introduction and conclusion, then develop each main point with a specific example and explanation.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0
There is a basic paragraph structure, with an introduction, two contrasting body paragraphs beginning “On the one hand” and “On the other hand,” and an attempted conclusion. These markers help signal a change in direction. However, progression is difficult to follow because the relationship between your position and the two sides is unclear, and several ideas are repeated, such as people working independently and becoming rich or famous. References such as “these countries” and “these people” are not always clear. The conclusion stops at “gives the permission of ou,” leaving the essay without a completed ending. Organise the paragraphs around a consistent argument, use clear references, and complete the final paragraph.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You use some vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “talent,” “music,” “acting,” “literature,” “profession,” and “rules and regulation.” This gives the reader a general sense of the subject. However, the range is limited and several phrases are repeated, while inaccurate word choice and spelling sometimes make the meaning harder to understand. For example, “gives the opperunity of our people show the talent” and “the people donat follows the rules” are not natural or clear expressions. Build a more precise set of phrases for discussing artistic ability, recognition, and success, and check spelling carefully. More accurate collocations would make your ideas easier to follow.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences, including “Every people has talent in its own way” and a sentence beginning “On the one hand.” This shows an effort to connect ideas, but control of sentence structure is inconsistent, and errors often make the intended meaning unclear. Examples include “In essay we discuss,” “if you can want do any work so do it,” and “the people donat follows the rules.” There are also problems with articles, agreement, verb forms, and sentence boundaries. Practise building accurate subject–verb–object sentences first, then add subordinate clauses using clear patterns such as “Although some people…”. Proofread each sentence for a complete verb and a clear subject.
