Student answer (Band 5.5)
It is widely believed by some individuals that in this modern era, anyone can do anything , no matter if it is related to arts-music, literature acting, art, etc. On the other hand, it is argued by some people that this has negative consequence because people with no talent become rich and famous and genuine individuals loss their identity or not valued and appreciated by anyone. From my perspective, not every one can do everything as people who have abilities they are capable of doing things according to their talent in their specific fields.
In this modern era some videos go viral with in days and circulated all over social media platforms, some people become famous through funny videos without any professional abilities. They can also gain millions of followers beacuse of with a huge audience, brands pay them to advertise their products. To illustrate this, anybody can do anything is widespread in some countries and people are trying to do things to make people engage without any talent.
Furthermore, People get attracted easily by entertainment videos so,they prefer to watch videos in which they feel more interest. Skilled musicians, writers and painters spend years improving their abilities. However, their work is not promoted by audience as they want to see funny videos instead of creative videos. Another mojor reason behind neglect of genuine talent is that talented artist is connected to social media less audience knows them.
To conclude this, I agree that not everyone can succeed in the arts because genuine talent requires skills and dedication. However, social media often gives more attention to entertaining content than to talented artists, which results in their abilities being overlooked and undervalued.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
Your position is clear: you agree that social media can reward people without artistic ability while genuine talent is overlooked. The examples of viral videos, advertising deals and skilled artists spending years developing their abilities are relevant to the question. However, the response addresses the issue more fully as a problem of social-media attention than as a broader attitude that anyone can succeed in the arts. Some claims, such as audiences preferring funny videos and talented artists having smaller audiences, are asserted rather than explained or supported with a specific example. Develop the link between popularity, wealth and fame, and the undervaluing of genuine artistic work, and clarify whether you agree with the whole statement or only its consequences. The 10 words copied from the task prompt were not counted toward the response length.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction states your view, two body paragraphs give reasons, and the conclusion restates your position. The progression from viral content to audience preferences and then to overlooked artists is generally understandable. However, some connections are mechanical or unclear. For example, “To illustrate this” introduces a broad restatement rather than a distinct illustration, and “Another major reason” is followed by a sentence whose relationship to the previous point could be made more explicit. The opening also presents opposing views before your own position, making the central argument slightly less direct. Use clearer topic sentences and connect each example explicitly to the claim it supports; this would make the overall progression more consistently logical.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “viral,” “social media platforms,” “professional abilities,” “skilled musicians,” and “genuine talent.” These choices help communicate the main ideas, and there is some attempt to use more specific language than basic everyday terms. However, several word choices and collocations are inaccurate or imprecise, such as “genuine individuals loss their identity,” “make people engage,” and “connected to social media less audience knows them.” Spelling errors such as “beacuse” and “mojor” also reduce accuracy. Some wording is repetitive, particularly references to “talent” and “videos.” Build a more precise range for discussing artistic recognition, audience engagement and commercial success, and check spelling and natural word combinations during revision.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt a mix of simple and complex sentences, including a contrast with “However” and a reason clause beginning “because.” Most of the argument remains understandable, but some sentence structures and punctuation are inaccurate. For example, “people who have abilities they are capable” combines two clause patterns without a clear grammatical link, while “brands pay them to advertise their products. To illustrate this” needs sentence separation and punctuation. There are also errors in agreement and sentence construction in “genuine individuals loss their identity or not valued,” and inconsistent capitalization after full stops, as in “Furthermore, People.” To improve, practise building one clear main clause at a time, then add subordinate clauses with accurate links, and proofread punctuation and sentence boundaries.
