Write a report for a university lecturer describing the information below.

The given process chart shows the process of making a water clock. The water clock is a device which uses the flow of water to measure time.
The given process chart shows the making of a water clock keeping the tap on is the first step of making a water clock second step includes covering of hole with fingers thirdly top bottle is filled to overflow.
The fourth step involves keeping the level water constant during the fifth step keep the finger away from hole during the sixth step, we need to check the levels of water per minute during the seventh i.e; the last step we need to repeat the process for timing things.
