Student answer (Band 5.5)
Unemployment very controversial issue all over the world,it is not by stanard its also with the age. many of people face this smilar type of problem.According to recent stuiations, all over the world many of countries face the problem and most of the who are age is over 50.its mainly causes of their over age and they have not much of knowldge about the new technology, addtionally they demand more sallery campare then the younger ones according to their experiance. In this eassy i will discuss it and suggest a sloution for this.
Despite this there are many of reason to not having good job by the 50 years age people.Firstly, they are more older and they have lack of knowldge which is used and very helpful in technology. In this matter, the younger ones have more knowldge and they are more qualified then the odler genrations, therefore the many job sector prefer to give job oppertunity to the younger people. In addtion, the other main cause is the older people demand more salary camoare then the younger beacuse they ask them they have more experience about this.By following this, the job sector often not gives the job to the older peoples.
Realting this, a some solution could solve this issue,Firsltly government should banned the age limit in the job sector and everyone get job according to his position, more like that government should starts the special courses for this age of people so that they may get information about the modren technology.
In conclusion, its main causes is over age and lack of knowldge about the technology and demand more sallary also is the reason, but it can be solve by adopting the ban the age limit and should investing in the courses of older people .

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both parts of the question by identifying possible causes—limited familiarity with newer technology and higher salary expectations—and proposing government action through age-limit restrictions and training courses. These ideas are relevant, and your position is clear in the conclusion. However, the causes are mostly asserted rather than explained: for example, you say older workers “demand more salary” but do not show why this leads employers to reject them or acknowledge that experience may bring value. The proposed measures also need more detail, such as how courses would be delivered or how employers could be encouraged to recruit fairly. Developing and supporting these points with a specific example would make the response more complete.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, a paragraph on causes, a paragraph on solutions, and a conclusion. Sequencing words such as “Firstly,” “In addition,” and “In conclusion” help signal the stages of your argument. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes mechanical, and some links are unclear. For instance, “Despite this” does not clearly connect the introduction to the causes, while “Realting this” makes the transition to solutions difficult to follow. Several ideas are joined in long sentences, so the relationship between them is not always clear. Use more precise transitions and organise each paragraph around one main point, followed by an explanation or example.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You use some vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “experience,” “technology,” “salary,” “job sector,” and “special courses,” so the main ideas can generally be understood. However, the range is limited and several expressions are inaccurate or awkward, such as “over age,” “demand more salary compare,” and “ban the age limit.” Frequent spelling errors—including “knowldge,” “experiance,” and “modren”—also make the writing less clear and reduce the precision of your message. Build a bank of accurate employment-related phrases and check spelling carefully. For example, use “limited digital skills,” “higher salary expectations,” and “remove discriminatory age limits” to express your points more naturally.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more extended sentences, using structures such as “so that they may get information” and “therefore the many job sector prefer…”. This shows an effort to connect ideas, but control is inconsistent, and errors sometimes make the reader work to understand the meaning. Examples include “many of people face,” “the younger ones have more knowledge,” and “government should starts”; these involve article or plural patterns and verb forms. Sentence boundaries and punctuation are also unreliable, particularly where several clauses run together. Practise building accurate sentences with a clear subject and verb, and check agreement and verb forms—for example, “the government should start” and “many people face this problem.”
