Student answer (Band 5.0)
Although, older people have effective work experience, in some countries, they face challenges to get a good job for themselves. Several reasons are responsible for this problem, however some effective steps can be taken to solve it.
There are number of reasons for the lack of elderly employment. Firstly, technology has improved significantly in workplace. In other word, today many difficult tasks are done by machine or robot. To navigate these machines employees need special skills and knowledge that elderly people have lack. Moreover, jobs such as data entry and social media marketing workers need good communication skill that young people have way more than older one. Finally, companies place more emphasis on young people because they are more productive as compare to over 50 years old people.
However, some effective measures can be taken by both the governments and the general public. To begin with, government should train old people according to modren working criteria. for example, they should stablish vocational training center it will help not only the individually but also increased the GDP of the country. The second solution is older people should look for jobs those are more involve in experience rather than technology. Further, People should start working from the young age so, they will not suffer at their later stage of life.
In conclusion, older people have employment experience but they can not find good job. By taking some measures this issue can be cured.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses both parts of the prompt (causes and solutions), but the development of ideas is somewhat limited. While you identify technology and productivity as causes, the explanations are brief. The solutions, such as vocational training, are relevant but lack depth. Additionally, the response is under the 250-word minimum requirement, which negatively impacts the overall task completion. To improve, ensure you expand on your arguments with more specific examples or detailed reasoning to fully develop your points and meet the length requirement.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, and there is a clear progression of ideas. You use some cohesive devices like 'Firstly', 'Moreover', and 'In conclusion' to link your points. However, the use of these devices is sometimes mechanical or slightly awkward, such as 'In other word' (should be 'In other words'). The referencing is generally clear, but the flow between sentences could be improved by using a wider variety of linking words to create a more natural, sophisticated structure.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is adequate for the task but lacks the range and precision required for a higher band. You rely on basic terms like 'good jobs' and 'effective steps'. There are some errors in word choice and collocation, such as 'elderly people have lack' (should be 'lack') and 'stablish' (spelling error). To achieve a higher score, try to incorporate more academic collocations and precise terminology related to the labor market, such as 'professional development', 'technological proficiency', or 'age-related discrimination'.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
You demonstrate a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. However, there are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text, including issues with articles ('the workplace'), pluralization ('young people have way more than older one'), and verb forms ('jobs those are more involve'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with comma usage. While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are frequent enough to lower the score. Focusing on subject-verb agreement and correct article usage will help improve your accuracy.
