In some parts of the world it is becoming increassingly difficult for individuals over the age 50 to get recruted by a organization despite their experience. One major reason i believe is around this time of their life their health starts to go down hill, and them not willing to change with time is also a big resons but it can be prevented by providing them better health care and change to their mind set.

Around the age of 50 most people those who have always prioritize the work and have never worked out in the entire life, this is the time they will start to feel the effect of their actions. The body weakens, bones looses density and their producativity dropes.

One other main reason is that times changes the way things use to work are also changing, for example their are thing around us that we use to do manually or it required man power but now it is done by AI and old people to not tend to change with the trends.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0

The response addresses both parts of the prompt—causes and solutions—but the development is quite limited. The ideas regarding health and technological change are relevant but remain superficial. For instance, the claim that people over 50 'go down hill' and 'never worked out' is a broad generalization that lacks nuance or supporting evidence. The solutions proposed, such as 'better health care' and 'change to their mind set', are mentioned but not explained in terms of how they would practically solve the hiring problem. To reach a higher band, you need to expand your arguments with specific examples or logical explanations that demonstrate a deeper understanding of the issue.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5

The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the progression of ideas is often disjointed. The use of cohesive devices is very limited and sometimes mechanical (e.g., 'One major reason', 'One other main reason', 'In conclusion'). There are instances where the flow is interrupted by awkward phrasing, such as in the final paragraph where the sentence structure becomes confusing. To improve, focus on using a wider variety of linking words and ensure that each sentence logically follows the previous one to create a smoother, more cohesive argument.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.0

The vocabulary is basic and repetitive, which limits your ability to convey complex ideas. There are frequent spelling errors (e.g., 'increassingly', 'recruted', 'resons', 'producativity', 'opnion', 'meassures') and word-choice inaccuracies (e.g., 'go down hill', 'change to their mind set'). While the meaning is generally clear, the lack of precision and the high frequency of spelling mistakes significantly impact the quality of the writing. You should aim to learn more topic-specific vocabulary related to employment and aging, and practice proofreading your work to catch common spelling errors.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0

The essay relies heavily on simple sentence structures, and attempts at complex sentences often contain grammatical errors. There are frequent issues with subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'bones looses density', 'producativity dropes', 'times changes') and article usage. Punctuation is also inconsistent, which occasionally makes the text difficult to parse. While the errors do not completely prevent communication, they are frequent enough to be distracting. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction and ensuring that your verbs agree with your subjects, before attempting more complex grammatical structures.
