In some countries, it can be very difficult for people over the age of 50 to get good jobs, despite their experience.

What do you think are the causes of this problem, and what measures could be taken to solve it?

In many countries, people over the age 50 find the difficult to find a good job. even through they have cosiderable expericence. this eassy will dicuss the main causes of this problem and suggest some possible solution.

one main reason is that employers often prefer younger workers. young people is more familiar with modern technology and can sometimes work for low salaries . im constant older emloyees may expect higer wage because of there experience. another reason company belive older people are less adaptable then youger workers example like company introduce a software older people take more time for tranning but younger people are familiars with teachnology younger workes can esaily acesss the software
