Student answer (Band 5.0)
Nowadays, skills play a vital role in the job markets, some people in different countries have challanges of people age more than 50 years to find good jobs, despite their experiences. In this eassy I will explain many causes of this issue and give recommeded with evidences.
Initilly, one of major resons of this problem is lack of skills, which some people who aging over 50 years have limited of skill to used advance technology for exmple using apps in smart mobil and manage robots in manufacturing and working with automation proccess in factories. According to Professor Mark Tom said, many oldest works can not adobting with massive chanage of Technology in different sectors.
In addition, another reson of that issue is many firms prefer to recurment young people and fresh graduate instead than employers old age rech more thn 50 years, in reference of Dr. Raya John said majority of companies employee fresh degree, and these firms did not spent financl cost for traning and quilficate older stuff.
From my prespective, firms should have diversity of ages and cooperation with governoment to find solutions to did not find these kinds of people difficult to get work by subsides and find funded for awarness and tranings.
In conculation, improve skills and laverage of talents are essential to creation jobs for differents age of unemployments in firms, and sould colabration between companies and governoments to reduce this gaps by more awarness and get incentives to find these catogiers of age good jobs, and become more effeciences and more prodictvity and happness in their life.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses all parts of the task by identifying causes, such as technological barriers and employer preferences, and offering measures like government collaboration and subsidies. However, the development of ideas is limited by frequent grammatical and lexical errors which obscure meaning in places. Phrases like 'lack of skills, which some people who aging over 50 years have limited of skill to used advance technology' attempt to explore relevant points, but the support lacks depth and relies on vague paraphrases rather than fully articulated arguments. The position is clear throughout, but the overall development fits the Band 5 descriptor where ideas are present yet under-developed and sometimes unclear.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is divided into paragraphs, including a clear introduction and conclusion, which provides a basic overall structure. However, logical progression is frequently disrupted by awkward phrasing and mechanical or inaccurate cohesive devices. Transition words such as 'Initilly', 'In addition', and 'From my prespective' are used to structure the text, but referencing is often unclear, particularly in sentences like 'In reference of Dr. Raya John said majority of companies employee fresh degree'. Paragraphing is attempted, but internal cohesion is weak, and sentences often feel disconnected, aligning the response with Band 5 standards.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The lexical range is limited and inadequate for a higher band. There are numerous noticeable word choice, collocation, and spelling errors throughout the essay, such as 'challanges', 'eassy', 'recommeded', 'resons', 'aging', 'adobting', 'recurment', 'financl', 'quilficate', 'prespective', 'governoment', 'subsides', 'conculation', 'laverage', 'colabration', 'governoments', 'catogiers', 'effeciences', and 'prodictvity'. These errors cause significant difficulty for the reader and impede smooth communication, reflecting the core characteristics of Band 4, though occasional glimpses of task-related vocabulary push it slightly into the lower end of Band 5.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.0
The student attempts a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but most complex attempts are heavily flawed and ungrammatical. There are frequent errors in verb forms, tenses, prepositions, and clause structures, such as 'people age more than 50 years to find good jobs', 'Professor Mark Tom said, many oldest works can not adobting', and 'firms did not spent financl cost for traning'. Punctuation is also problematic, with run-on sentences in the conclusion where multiple ideas are linked poorly with conjunctions. These frequent errors cause considerable difficulty for the reader and place the grammar solidly at Band 4.
