Student answer (Band 5.5)
Over-accumulation of tasks require more employees in any organization, which can balance the overall working of the company. However, today, the elderlies are finding it rare to be hired at the job they like.In my perspective, there can be numerous reasons for such obstacles and certain initiatives to eradicate it.
The first and the foremost cause in my view is that, old age individuals start encountering some issues due to their aging such as elzimers in few people, mostly are fit, and some face lack the energy to physically visit the offices or decreased mental availability in tasks like decision taking, frequent impulse, and being reflexive in other small jobs. For instance an elder man has experience but have less physical power to appear as an employee or worker. But this can be amiliorated by limiting the work load on a person who is over 50.
The second cause of their less hiring rate is that the new generation is now moving to coorporate life and they are graduating at very young ages with required skills but less experience. Moreover,t he younge-generation is the spine of every country and serves as a crucial component in the contribution to economy. For illustration, I would like to say that in order to facilitate the youth the people who are over the age 50 cannot be overlooked . Therefore, their can be some policies for the establishment of a designated area of evry company that is determined to give jobes to people older than 50 years where the can easily encorporate their jobs of interest by also meeting the requirements of employers.
To summarize , I would personally say that life of people who are above the age 50 can be made easy if they keep themselves busy in the work they like, which keeps them motivated, and lively rather than spending time at home with a pension merely to survive the remaining time of their lifespan. Governments can play a massive role in enforcing such policies in corporations.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses all parts of the task by identifying causes, such as physical and mental health concerns alongside youth competition, and suggests measures including workload limits and dedicated corporate policies. A clear position is maintained throughout the essay. However, some ideas are slightly under-developed or generalise experiences, such as mentioning Alzheimer's disease inaccurately as a common age-related workplace issue rather than focusing on general stamina or technological adaptation. Despite minor conceptual limitations, all prompt requirements are met satisfactorily, corresponding to a Band 6.5 or solid Band 6 performance.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is divided into an introduction, two body paragraphs, and a conclusion, showing an overall logical arrangement. Paragraphing is used to separate distinct ideas, though internal cohesion sometimes relies on mechanical devices and occasional faulty referencing, such as 'their can be some policies'. Transitional phrases like 'The first and the foremost cause' and 'To summarize' help guide the reader through the text, although some sentences lack smooth transitions, leading to occasional choppiness. Overall organisation is coherent enough to follow the writer's argument without difficulty, aligning well with the Band 6 descriptors.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The student attempts less common vocabulary such as 'over-accumulation', 'amiliorated', and 'encorporate', but these instances often contain spelling errors or awkward collocations. Frequent spelling mistakes are present, including 'elderlies', 'elzimers', 'coorporate', and 'evry'. While the range is adequate to convey the main arguments, these lexical inaccuracies and spelling slips prevent the vocabulary score from reaching a higher band. However, communication of the core ideas is rarely impeded by these errors, justifying a Band 6 score.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The response exhibits a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, such as conditional and relative clauses. There are several grammatical errors and punctuation issues throughout the text, including subject-verb agreement problems ('tasks require', 'the elderlies are', 'their can be'), missing articles, and awkward phrasing ('mostly are fit', 'decision taking'). While these errors are noticeable and occur frequently across the text, they rarely impede overall communication or obscure the writer's intended meaning. This balance of mixed structures and persistent errors fits the Band 6 criteria.
