IELTS Writing Task 2 question

In some countries, it can be very difficult for people over the age of 50 to get good jobs, despite their experience.

What do you think are the causes of this problem, and what measures could be taken to solve it?

Student answer (Band 4.0)

In some countries it is very hard for senior citizens for example people who are above 50 it very hard to get good jobs despite their experience it is so because thare not that much physically fit that they should be provided with a job,other than this, they should be indulged in some sort of hobbies for example, gardening or walking etc as they are not much physically active to run a bussiness if they start a bussiness it will be very hard for old citizens to match the perspective of young generation which may cause a chaos between indiviuals.
