IELTS Writing Task 2 question
In some countries, it can be very difficult for people over the age of 50 to get good jobs, despite their experience.
What do you think are the causes of this problem, and what measures could be taken to solve it?

Student answer (Band 4.0)
In many country's people believe that , After turn into 50 you have no capability to do the work . So after turn into 50 people does not getting a job even with so much exprince .
The main problem is thinking of individual of people. Country like india where no one carre about protein or fabire and never go to gym . those kind of people will face a body problem at the age of 45 . So this people are not able to work at 50 . acooding to this people cunsider that 50 year people do not help then
recently i read a artical in with a writer tell ther own exprence , when he turned into 50 they wanted to changed their company . but htere were no company would like to accept him . And people started trating him like a old citizen . But he could do work there were no job for 50 year old persion
in some country like USA there is no law for retarment . because they know their people go to gym and take good diet as well , so can work at the age of 50 . people should start taking a diet which is healdy for them as well as the start to to g ym for devlopment of body and do youga for mental peace
