In many countries, it is very hard for people over 50 years old to find the good jobs. even if they have a lot of experience. This is a big problem today. However, there are clear reasons for this issue , and simple solutions can help fix it.
There are two main reasons why older people struggle to get the jobs. First, many countries prefer to hire young workers because they thin young people have better potential to do work and also have better skills regarding to modern technology like computers and on online platforms. Second, older workers ususlly ask for higher salaries because of their past work experiences. Many company want to save money, so the choose young workers who accept lower pay.
To solve this problem, government and companies must take actions. First government should make strong rules against age restrictions. Companies should not be allowed to reject candidates just for age limitations. And they have to make rules and courses to teach the elders for new job management and technology. These courses help out the older workers about the new computer skills and there skills. Through this the older workers may meet the requirements related to the company work easily.
In conclusion, older people got not be able to get the job because they are not well known about the latest job related to the work which is required in the firm. However, this can be improved by fair laws and skills given to the older worker. They would also get equal rights regarding to the job approvement.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
The response addresses all parts of the prompt by identifying causes, such as preferences for young workers and salary expectations, and offering measures like anti-age discrimination rules and technology training courses. However, some ideas remain under-developed. For instance, the explanation of salary expectations is rather brief and does not fully explore the economic factors involved. Similarly, the proposed solutions could be extended with more specific examples of how companies might implement these training programs. Nonetheless, a clear position is maintained throughout, satisfying the requirements for this level.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response demonstrates a coherent overall arrangement with a clear attempt to structure the essay into an introduction, body paragraphs addressing causes and solutions, and a conclusion. Paragraphing is used appropriately to separate distinct topics. However, cohesion is sometimes mechanical or faulty, such as the abrupt transitions between sentences and repetitive linking words like 'First' and 'Second'. Referencing is also occasionally unclear, as seen in the conclusion where 'older people got not be able to get the job' links back weakly to the main body arguments. Progression is present, but the overall flow would benefit from a wider and more flexible range of cohesive devices.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The vocabulary used is limited but minimally adequate for the task. The writer attempts some less common vocabulary, such as 'age restrictions', 'candidates', and 'requirements', but these are accompanied by noticeable errors in word choice and collocation, such as 'teach the elders' instead of 'teach older adults', and 'job approvement' instead of 'job approval'. There are also several awkward phrasings like 'fine the good jobs' and 'help out the older workers about the new computer skills'. While these errors do not completely impede communication, they restrict the lexical score to this level.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The writer employs a limited range of sentence structures, relying primarily on simple sentences alongside a few basic complex forms. Attempts at more complex structures are frequently faulty, such as 'because they thin young people have better potential' and 'older people got not be able to get the job'. Frequent errors in grammar and punctuation persist throughout the essay, including missing articles ('government should make strong rules'), punctuation errors like unspaced commas, and issues with subject-verb agreement. These errors can cause occasional difficulty for the reader, fitting the descriptors for this grammar level.
