In some countries, it can be very difficult for people over the age of 50 to get good jobs, despite their experience. I think it have to major cuases first old people dont have power to work even if the have experience. In addition, they also easly effected by mental problems like axiety, stress and anger.
initially, the old people are very week due to their age and also the must have any sevre disease such as suger, diprassion and high blood preasure therefore the are not able for work in any company. However, if they have experience then they have some chances to get a good job with their good madical condition certificate. Otherwise although they have an experience, they donot get any good job. For the instance, if the person has old age and he has a little experience with good mental and physical health he have more chances of selection then unhealthy person. So the only one solution is that the do exercise and be mentally and physically fit.
On the other hand, the old people are also be ingajed with mental diseases with is more dangerous then there pysical illness. On the other hand, the old people are also be ingajed with mental diseases with is more dangerous then there physical illness. For example, my grandfather was hardly effected by anxiety and anger. He take all the small conversation on his heart and be anger. To solve this issue the children should want to sit with their parents and listen all their conversation.
In conclusion, good job are difficult to find in old age so government should must want to give the retirement to them and add a pension for them to fulfill their disures.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0
The response attempts to address both causes and solutions, mentioning physical illness, anxiety and stress, exercise, family support, and pensions. However, the discussion only minimally answers the question because it largely presents poor health as the reason older people struggle to find work, rather than explaining employment-related causes such as age discrimination, outdated skills, or employers’ assumptions. The proposed measures are also limited: exercise and family conversations do not directly resolve hiring barriers, while retirement and pensions remove people from employment rather than helping them obtain good jobs. The grandfather example supports the point about anxiety but does not explain the wider problem. Develop relevant causes and practical measures, and explain how each would improve access to work. The 44 words copied from the task prompt were not counted.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 3.5
There is an attempt to organise the response into an introduction, body paragraphs and a conclusion, and transitions such as “In addition,” “On the other hand,” and “In conclusion” signal relationships between ideas. However, progression is difficult to follow because much of the first section is repeated almost verbatim in the next paragraph, including the opening claim and the discussion of illness and exercise. The relationship between the causes and proposed solutions is not consistently clear, and the conclusion introduces retirement and pensions without connecting them to the earlier suggestions. Some references, such as “they” and “this issue,” are also unclear. Avoid repetition, give each paragraph a distinct purpose, and use linking phrases to show how each solution responds to a stated cause.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
The response uses some relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “experience,” “anxiety,” “physical illness,” “selection,” and “pension.” However, the range is basic and repetitive, and frequent spelling and word-choice errors make parts of the message difficult to understand. Examples include “week” for “weak,” “suger” for “sugar,” “disures” for “needs,” and “be ingajed with mental diseases,” which is not a natural expression. Phrases such as “take all the small conversation on his heart” also appear to be direct translations rather than established English collocations. Build a more precise set of employment-related terms, such as “age discrimination,” “recruitment,” and “workplace training,” and check spelling and collocations carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
The response attempts some longer sentences using “although,” “if,” and “because”-type relationships, but control is weak and sentence structures are mostly simple or faulty. Errors in verb forms and agreement occur throughout: “I think it have,” “he have more chances,” and “He take” should use correctly formed verbs. Articles and sentence construction are also problematic, as in “the old people are very weak” and “they are not able for work in any company.” Several sentences run ideas together without clear punctuation, particularly the sentence beginning “Initially” and continuing through “high blood pressure.” These errors often make the intended meaning hard to follow. Practise accurate simple sentences first, then build controlled complex sentences with correct subjects, verbs, articles, and punctuation.
