Student answer (Band 5.5)
Finding a job in the contemporary societies is quit a difficult thing, perhaps for the individuals who grown up to adult level. Some people argue that, mostly over the age of 50 individuals doesn't get a good job in some of countries, despite having a great experience in their particular fields. I believe that, having a great experience while considering the adult age is profound to intractable constraints in the work field, whereas the young generation have the ability to perform tasks actively.
'
On the one end, multinational companies required a person who has the lot of experience in the particular field, but they consider people who are not that adult. The reason behind is very simple, as older peolpe who are over the age of 50 are slow in their daily tasks and doesn't perform well due to their health issues. Furhermore, if something given to them to perform like a presentation or few assignments, their perfromance significantlly increase rather thanvpractical tasks. Companies regarding to this issue may prefer the young people to choose their field as a internship program in which they learn and do tasks individually perfect.
To solve this problem, companies takes an initiative regarding the upper rank of posts. They should hire adult people on the upper ranks to guide the lower ranks individuals, while performing the theoretical tasks. Government should hire the adult people in the making of policy and implementation, because these people have the life experiences that young people take years to learn. For example, society has faced the problem related to water scarcity, adult people have the concern and ideas related to resolve the problem, so therefore they persuasively tackle the government.
In conclusion, despite having a lot of experience in the work field, some adult people over the age of 50 face severe rejections in jobs. this is happen due to, the companies hire more and more young generations to perform actively. To measure this, companies and government take action to hire experienced persons in the work field.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both parts of the question by suggesting causes and measures, and your overall view is that older workers’ experience is valuable. The explanation that employers may favour younger people because they are seen as more active, while older applicants may face health-related assumptions, is relevant. Your proposed measures—placing experienced people in senior roles and involving them in policy-making—also respond to the task. However, some points are not fully explained: the claim that older workers perform better on presentations than practical tasks is unclear, and the water-scarcity example does not show specifically how hiring older workers would solve employment barriers. Develop each cause and measure with a clearer link to the problem and a more directly relevant example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, a paragraph discussing causes, a paragraph proposing measures, and a conclusion. This makes the main direction easy to follow. You also use signposts such as “Furthermore,” “To solve this problem,” and “In conclusion.” At times, however, connections between ideas are unclear or mechanical. For example, the shift from older workers’ performance to companies choosing young people for internships is not fully explained, and “so therefore” repeats the same linking function. Some references, such as “this” in the conclusion, could be more precise. Make each paragraph’s central point explicit and use linking phrases only where they clarify the relationship between ideas.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt vocabulary suited to the topic, including “multinational companies,” “health issues,” “upper ranks,” and “implementation.” However, the range is not consistently controlled, and several inaccurate word choices or collocations make parts difficult to interpret. For instance, “grown up to adult level” does not naturally describe older job applicants, while “profound to intractable constraints” obscures your intended meaning. There are also noticeable spelling errors, including “peolpe,” “Furhermore,” and “perfromance.” Aim for precise, natural phrases rather than unusually formal wording, and check spelling carefully. Reusing accurate terms such as “older workers,” “employers,” and “job opportunities” would help keep your argument clear.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including clauses introduced by “while,” “because,” and “despite.” The overall meaning is generally recoverable, but errors in agreement, verb forms, articles, and sentence construction sometimes make the reader pause. For example, “individuals doesn’t get” should use a plural verb, and “companies takes an initiative” has a similar agreement problem. In “this is happen due to,” the verb form is incorrect; the sentence also needs clearer punctuation around its explanation. Practise checking each sentence’s subject and verb, and make sure subordinate clauses connect to a complete main clause. More accurate control of these patterns would make your ideas easier to follow.
