Language Barrier ;European countries have strict language barrier and very difficult to integrate yourself into their culture unless you learn their native language.

Young Talent; There a lot of young talented youngester who are more energetic and can easily learn new things which are necessary to learn.

Unrealistic Expectation:Usually old age people demand higher salary than company budget.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You identify several plausible causes, including employers’ preference for younger workers, salary expectations, and concerns about healthcare costs. You also offer relevant measures such as improving interview skills and learning new technologies. However, the response only partially fulfils the task because most points are listed rather than explained, and the proposed solutions focus mainly on what an individual applicant can do. For example, “Learning new technologies” is relevant, but you do not explain how this would address age discrimination or what employers or governments could do. The opening also shifts to immigration rules, which is not clearly connected to the question. Develop fewer ideas with explanations and examples, and address both causes and broader measures directly.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0

The headings “Immigration Rules” and “Solutions” give the response a basic division between causes and remedies, and the reader can identify the main topics. However, the ideas are mostly presented as a sequence of labels and short statements rather than as a connected argument. The list of causes moves from immigration to language, young workers, salary, and healthcare without explaining how the points relate or prioritising them. Linking phrases such as “So first of all” do not create clear progression, and there is little paragraph development. Organise the response into focused paragraphs, group related causes, and use linking expressions to show cause and effect. Clear topic sentences and transitions would make the reasoning easier to follow.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “language barrier,” “medical expenses,” “communication skills,” and “contemporary fields.” This gives you a basic range for discussing employment and possible solutions. However, vocabulary is limited and several choices or forms are inaccurate or awkward, sometimes making the intended meaning less clear. For instance, “old age people” is not a natural way to refer to this group, and “bring you to ahead of people” is unclear. There are also spelling errors such as “streotype” and “youngester.” Aim for precise, natural collocations and check spelling; using a wider range of employment-related terms would help you explain the issue more effectively.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

The response includes some simple sentences and attempts at longer structures, such as “As companies are not generally willing to hire old age because of very higher medical expenses.” However, the range is limited, and errors occur frequently in sentence construction, articles, agreement, and punctuation. Examples include “there are different countries in which immigration process is different” and “There a lot of young talented youngester,” where sentence structure and missing verbs or articles make the writing difficult to read. Capitalisation and spacing after punctuation are also inconsistent. Practise building complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, then combine related ideas using accurate clauses. Careful proofreading for articles, verb forms, and sentence boundaries would improve clarity.
