It is clearly evident that old citizens who have fifty plus age cannot get job in few country, they face many difficulties although have experience.Overall, the problems face by old peoples explore in the forthcoming paragragh and their solution to overcome these difficulties along with opinion.
To commence with, in many country peoples those have age above the 50 cannot get any job easily. The cause this their government have introduce some policies about senior citizens of their country. To ellaborate it there are lot of causes behind this one of the major they think individuals with old age lose the capacity to work convieniently. They have many health issues due to with they cannot perform task easily. They have wrong point of viey they think those are only burden on them. That is why many employers do not give most job apportunities to old peoples.
On the flip side the solution of this problem is government should do some steps about senior citizens employments. To explain it there sould be a reserve seats of employment for old peoples of society. Moreover people should have a medical reports in which it is clearly written about the fitness. If a persons meet all these requirment they will be able to get job easily.
Occording to my prospective there are lot of problem for fifty plus aged people to get job easily such as medical fitness and less capicity of work. The solution of this thing is they should keep theirselves fit and healthy.Furthermore government should do some positive steps for senior citiizen of socitey.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You address both parts of the question by identifying employers’ assumptions about older workers’ health and capacity, then suggesting reserved employment places and medical fitness checks. These are relevant starting points, but the causes and measures remain limited and are not sufficiently explained. For example, the claim that governments’ policies cause the problem is unclear, and the idea that older people are viewed as a “burden” needs an explanation or example. The proposed reserved places also need detail about how they would work and why they would help. Your opinion is present, but it mostly repeats the points rather than developing a clear, supported position. Explain the causes more precisely and show how each measure addresses them.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, a paragraph on causes, one on solutions, and a concluding opinion. This helps the reader identify the main stages of your answer. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes difficult to follow, and some links are mechanical or unclear. For instance, “To commence with” and “On the flip side” signal sections, but the relationship between government policies and employers’ attitudes is not explained. The conclusion repeats earlier points without drawing them together. Use topic sentences that state one main idea, then develop it in a logical sequence; make references such as “this problem” clearly point to a specific cause or measure.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “senior citizens,” “health issues,” “employment,” and “fitness,” so the reader can generally understand your subject. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate, which sometimes makes meaning less clear. Phrases such as “reserve seats of employment,” “medical reports,” and “positive steps” do not express the intended ideas naturally. There are also noticeable spelling errors, including “ellaborate,” “convieniently,” and “apportunities.” Build a more precise set of expressions for employment and age discrimination, and check spelling and word forms carefully. Prefer specific terms such as “reserved positions” or “workplace health assessment” where appropriate.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more extended sentence forms, including a conditional structure in “If a persons meet all these requirment they will be able to get job easily.” However, complex attempts are often faulty, and frequent errors in sentence structure, agreement, articles, and punctuation can make the reader work to understand your meaning. For example, “old citizens who have fifty plus age cannot get job” has an unclear structure, while “the problems face by old peoples explore” lacks a correctly formed verb phrase. Agreement is also inconsistent in “a persons meet.” Practise building accurate basic sentences first, then add subordinate clauses. Check articles, singular and plural forms, and sentence boundaries before submitting.
