Student answer (Band 6.0)
In some parts of the world, it is significantly hard to secure a good job even for an experienced person aging over 50 years. I believe the primary cause of this problem is that the focus of industries is solely towards youth. It could be resolved by building more and more training centers where youth is trained under older people with experience.
Currently, the world population is majorly consists of young people. Since a person of young age is more agile, enthusiastic and easy to administrate, authorities in almost all types of workplaces prefer to hire a young person. Moreover, due to the lesser experience over an aged person, the respective institution saves plenty of money by paying lesser salary to the young employee. As a result, the targets of the company are met in less salary expenditure. That is why we commonly witness the eligible age for a new hiring anywhere around the world is around 25 to 30 years.
The youth is though favored for their youthful energt but it not only affects the senior citizens psychologically rather it also disturbs the decorum and discipline of a professional workplace. Older people are more calm, careful and seasoned with their years of experience opposite to the non-challant and casual behavior of young workers that usually cause companies' environment to become less professional. So to avoid any unfortunate downfall of any workplace in any professional or financial aspect, the government or private sectors should make training centers in abundance. By doing so, they will not only relieve the older citizens by giving them mentoring jobs and make use of their noble experience, it will also help young employees to learn and grow professionally.
Conclusively, the unemployement of older workers is majorly due to the institutions' focus on youth for their own benefits and it could be solved by building training centers where the experienced persons guide the younger ones.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both parts of the question and maintain a clear position: employers favour younger applicants, and training centres could give older workers mentoring roles. The explanation that younger staff may be easier to manage and less costly is relevant, and the proposed benefit to both generations is a useful supporting point. However, the causes are developed more fully than the measures. Training centres are presented as the main solution, but the response does not explain how they would lead to older people securing good jobs, or consider other practical measures such as age-discrimination rules or retraining for current vacancies. Some claims, including that young workers commonly cause a less professional workplace, are broad and need qualification or evidence. More balanced development would make the response more complete.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction, a paragraph explaining causes, a paragraph discussing effects and a proposed measure, and a conclusion. Ideas generally progress in a sensible order, and linking expressions such as “Moreover,” “As a result,” and “By doing so” help show relationships between points. This organisation is effective, but cohesion is not always smooth. The third paragraph shifts from the preference for young workers to workplace discipline before introducing training centres, so the connection between these points could be made more explicit. Some transitions, including “Conclusively,” feel formulaic, and references such as “it” in the final sentence could be clearer. Use more precise links between each cause, its consequence, and the proposed solution.
Lexical Resource: Band 6.0
You use an adequate range of vocabulary for the topic, including “agile,” “salary expenditure,” “seasoned,” “mentoring,” and “professional workplace.” These choices show an attempt to express ideas beyond basic terms, and the meaning is generally understandable. However, several word choices or collocations are inaccurate or unnatural, such as “aging over 50 years,” “easy to administrate,” “youthful energt,” and “non-challant.” There are also spelling errors, including “unemployement,” and some repetition of “young” and “older.” These issues do not prevent the reader from following the argument, but they limit precision and naturalness. Aim for standard collocations and check spelling, especially when using less familiar vocabulary.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, including clauses introduced by “Since,” “Moreover,” and “By doing so.” Most ideas remain understandable, and some longer sentences communicate cause and effect. However, there are some grammatical errors that reduce accuracy. For example, “the world population is majorly consists” combines incompatible verb forms; it should be “the world population mainly consists.” In “it not only affects … rather it also disturbs,” the clause needs a subject-verb form such as “it not only affects … but also disturbs.” The sentence beginning “The youth is though favored” is also difficult to control, and “the eligible age … is around 25 to 30 years” has an unclear grammatical relationship. Review agreement, verb forms, and sentence construction, while keeping complex sentences manageable.
