It is an undeniable issue that some people are facing difficulties to get good jobes after the age of 50. The major affects of this problem is loss of memory to remember things such as in the age of 50 plus mostly people face difficulties to remember things in such cause they do not have opporunity for good jobs . This affect is almost single handed so most of the people will not believe on this.

Another major drawback of this problem is health issues, after the age of 50 health of older people is not good and doctor suggest them to take reset and exercise regular so they have no time for jobes.

The solution of this problem is people should manged their health in youger age and do exercise on regular basis and work in companies to gain better experence about jobs .

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0

You identify two possible causes—memory difficulties and health problems—and offer a response to each, so the essay is relevant to the question. However, the task asks why people over 50 struggle to obtain good jobs and what measures could address this. The discussion focuses mainly on age-related limitations, rather than explaining wider causes such as employer bias, outdated skills, or limited training, and the proposed solutions are narrow: exercising earlier and writing reminders in a notebook. The claim that older people have “no time for jobs” because doctors recommend rest is not clearly supported. The response is also 17 words below the required minimum. Develop more realistic causes and practical measures, and explain how each would improve employment prospects.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for causes and solutions, and a conclusion. Basic signposting such as “Another major drawback” and “The solution” helps readers follow the broad direction. However, progression within paragraphs is often unclear: the first body paragraph moves from memory problems to employers’ beliefs without explaining the connection, while the health paragraph does not clearly show why health concerns prevent people from working. Repeated references to “this problem” and “this affect” are sometimes vague, and the conclusion mainly repeats the advice to stay healthy. Use clearer topic sentences, connect each cause to its effect on hiring, and organise the solutions in a parallel, easy-to-follow sequence.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You use some vocabulary relevant to employment and health, including “experience,” “health issues,” “exercise,” and “companies,” and the main message is generally understandable. However, the range is basic and repetitive, with frequent spelling errors and inaccurate word choices that can make the reader pause. Examples include “jobes,” “contibuting,” “affects” where “effects” is intended, and “reset” for “rest.” Phrases such as “single handed” and “believe on this” are not natural in this context. Build a more precise set of terms for the topic, such as age discrimination, recruitment, workplace skills, and retraining, and check spelling and collocations carefully before submitting.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more extended sentences, for example, “The solution of this problem is people should…” and the sentence beginning “Another major drawback…”. However, sentence patterns are limited, and errors in agreement, articles, verb forms, and sentence boundaries occur often enough to make some ideas difficult to follow. In “The major affects of this problem is,” the subject and verb do not agree; “people should manged” uses the wrong verb form; and “health of older people is not good” needs clearer article use and phrasing. Several sentences also join ideas without clear punctuation. Practise accurate subject–verb agreement and verb patterns, then use a few controlled complex sentences to explain cause and result.
