Student answer (Band 5.5)
In various countries, individuals over 50 age hustle to get emoplyment inspite of having good experience. It could have some reasons but also have some solutions for such individuals. To support my notion i will make some points that sustained with various compelling reasonings.
The prespective advocating cause to such curical topic is that organization wants to have new commers with new talent. Almost, every decade everything change with that time, new things are introduced and people with outdated knowledge lose their positions. In addition to this, the age factor as well. Youngers with new mindset also prefer to work with the same age group of their. Furthermore, older people have health issues. Companies do not compromise on their work. When older people have health issues they more often ask for holidays. Compaines do not want such employees that cause them in loss. For instance, the current era is artifical intelligence. Older people know less about the use of artifical intelligence and advance technologies. Older people wants to work hard not smart. Likewise, they have their supriority complex which make it harder for the younger employes to work.
On the Contrast, to over come these problems, first companies need to ask them about age gracefully and retire on time and let the new comers in in the feild, They should focus on their healthcare and rest. In case they want to work, they should consider and work on theirself with time. No doubt, experience matters alot but they should be accomodating with younger individulas. they sould not make the younger people feel less. In addition to this, it is evident that older people do not want to update themselves with new methods and techniquies. They should also likely to upgrade themselves with the current need of time.
To summerise this, I believe that older people need to impove themselves in case of working with younger people with their cold attitude. Likewise, They should avoid holidays more often. Everything ask for chnage with time, they should also likely to make themselves in that position where they needed reforms in their personiality traits.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both parts of the question by suggesting causes—such as employers preferring younger workers, concerns about older employees’ health, and gaps in technology skills—and proposing responses, including updating skills and improving cooperation between age groups. However, the discussion is only partially developed. For example, the claim that older workers “want to work hard not smart” is broad and unsupported, while the proposed solution of asking people to “retire on time” does not explain how this would help those who struggle to find good jobs. Your position is present, but the conclusion focuses mainly on older workers changing their behaviour rather than offering balanced measures for employers or governments. Explain each cause and solution more clearly and support key claims with specific examples.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, a paragraph on causes, a paragraph on solutions, and a conclusion. Linking expressions such as “In addition to this,” “For instance,” and “Likewise” help signal relationships between ideas. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes difficult to follow, and several points are placed together without clear explanation of how they connect. The shift from employers’ preferences to health, then technology and workplace attitudes, feels list-like. Some linking phrases are also used mechanically or inaccurately, such as “On the Contrast,” and references like “such individuals” are not always precise. Organise each body paragraph around a clear main point, then explain and illustrate it before moving to the next idea.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt vocabulary relevant to employment and workplace change, including “outdated knowledge,” “health issues,” “current need of time,” and “upgrade themselves.” These choices show an effort to discuss the topic beyond very basic terms. However, the range is limited by repeated use of “older people,” “younger people,” and “work,” and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate enough to distract the reader. Examples include “hustle to get employment,” “their superiority complex,” and “ask them about age gracefully.” Spelling errors such as “emoplyment,” “artifical,” and “techniquies” also reduce clarity. Build a more precise set of employment-related expressions and check spelling and collocations carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You use both short statements and attempts at longer, more complex sentences, for example, “When older people have health issues they more often ask for holidays.” However, complex structures are often faulty, and errors occur frequently enough to make some sentences difficult to interpret. Examples include “Youngers with new mindset also prefer to work with the same age group of their,” where the sentence structure and possessive pattern are unclear, and “older people wants to work,” which has subject–verb disagreement. Articles, plurals, and sentence boundaries also need attention, as in “Almost, every decade everything change with that time.” Practise forming accurate subject–verb patterns and checking each sentence for a complete, clearly connected structure.
