It is clearly evident that, in few regions people above 50 find difficult to accquire suitable employment, despite thier experience. There are few problems and thier solutions which i will disscus in forthcomming paraghraps.

To commense with, olderly people having good exprenice could not find best companies to work with. Mostly of them demenad higher salries acoording to thier expreince. One main reason is that, moslty companies feel that new genration are more capable because they better know tecnologies. In this modren era, technolgy has become part of every field. Most of the compnies are now using advance technologies however, mostly older people does not known how to use these kind techonolgies. Mostly employer belive that aged worker are slow as well as has lack of energy.

To Contrast, the solution for these kind of problems can be solved with help of goverment. firstly goverment should payrolls subside to aged people so the do not have to find work. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You address both causes and possible measures, and the response stays focused on the difficulty older workers face. The causes include employers’ preference for younger workers’ technology skills and assumptions that older employees are slower or have less energy. You also suggest training, flexible part-time work and updating CVs. However, the ideas are limited and under-developed: for example, the claim that older workers demand higher salaries is not explained, and the proposed government payroll subsidy is unclear in purpose. Your conclusion repeats the general point rather than drawing the causes and solutions together. The response is also 23 words below the required minimum, so there is less space to explain and support your ideas. Develop each point with a brief explanation or example.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, a paragraph on causes, a paragraph on solutions and a conclusion. This helps the reader identify the main stages of your answer. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes difficult to follow, and linking expressions are occasionally inaccurate or mechanical. For instance, “To Contrast” introduces solutions rather than a contrast, while “To commense with” does not clearly signal the relationship between the points that follow. The causes paragraph moves from salary expectations to technology and then assumptions about energy without showing how these ideas connect. Use simpler, accurate transitions and organise each paragraph around one clear main idea, followed by explanation and an example.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “suitable employment,” “flexible arrangement” and “new innovations and technologies.” These choices show an effort to discuss workplace issues beyond very basic terms. However, the range is limited, and frequent spelling errors and inaccurate word choices make parts of the response difficult to read, such as “accquire,” “demenad higher salries” and “payrolls subside.” Some phrases are also unclear or unnatural, including “find best companies to work with” and “aged public.” Aim for accurate, natural collocations and check spelling carefully. More precise terms such as “recruit older workers,” “digital skills” and “wage subsidies” would help express your ideas clearly.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You use both simple statements and some attempts at longer structures, such as “One main reason is that…” and “Most of the companies are now using… however…”. This gives the response some sentence variety. However, the range remains limited, and errors occur frequently in sentence construction, agreement, articles and verb forms. For example, “olderly people having good exprenice could not find” lacks a clear, correctly formed subject and verb, while “aged worker are slow as well as has lack of energy” has agreement and structure problems. Punctuation also makes some sentences run together. Practise building accurate subject–verb sentences first, then connect them with clauses using “because,” “although” or “which.”
