Fisrt of all, Technology gaps older people over 50 year cannot adapt modren soft wear, digital tool and fast technology changes, however we can solve this problem to provide classes free of cost and upgrade according to new technology. Second main reason is lack of consistnacy because old people are always set their own way and less consist to learning new methods or taking direction to the younger, but we could be handle this government should provide digital skills training program low of cost.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You identify several relevant causes, including difficulty adapting to technology, resistance to learning new methods, salary expectations, and concerns about healthcare and retirement. You also suggest measures such as training and employer or government support, so both parts of the question are addressed. However, the response is short of the required minimum, and the ideas remain limited and under-developed. For example, the point about salary levels is not clearly connected to why employers may avoid hiring older applicants, while the healthcare and pension point shifts towards helping people retire rather than improving their access to good jobs. Explain each cause more clearly and support your proposed measures with specific examples. Your position is present but not consistently clear.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a basic overall structure: an introduction, a discussion of causes and possible solutions, and a conclusion. Sequencing phrases such as “First of all,” “Second main reason,” and “Moreover” help signal the movement between points. However, progression is not always clear because causes and solutions are combined within the same sentences, and some links between ideas are difficult to follow. For instance, the discussion of healthcare and retirement costs does not clearly connect to the earlier argument about getting good jobs. The conclusion repeats the general topic without summarising the main causes or measures. Use separate, focused paragraphs for causes and solutions, and make the relationship between each problem and its proposed response explicit.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “digital skills training,” “technology changes,” “salaries,” and “retirement pension.” These choices show an attempt to discuss employment and practical solutions. However, the range is limited, and frequent spelling errors and inaccurate word choices sometimes make the message difficult to understand, as in “Modren,” “consistnacy,” “exleriance,” and “lavels.” Some phrases are also unnatural, such as “less consist to learning new methods” and “levels of person skills.” Build a more accurate set of employment-related expressions and check spelling carefully. Using precise phrases such as “resistance to new working practices” or “salary expectations” would help communicate your ideas more clearly.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt to connect ideas in longer sentences, for example by using “because,” “however,” and “if,” and you include both simple statements and more complex structures. However, the range is limited, and complex sentences are often faulty, so readers may need to work to understand the intended meaning. Examples include “people over the age of fifty to get good jobs because of there are many causes” and “if company will divide levels.” There are also recurring problems with articles, agreement, verb forms, and sentence boundaries, as in “company and government will help to older people.” Practise building accurate cause-and-effect sentences, such as “Employers may hesitate to hire older applicants because they expect higher salaries.” Check each sentence for a clear subject and correctly formed verb.
