The bar charts and line graph below show the results of a survey conducted over a three-year period to discover what people who live in London think of the city.

Write a report for a university lecturer describing the information below.

What are the best things about living in London?

The bar charts and line graph illustrate the information collected about the city, over a three-year period from the reidents of London.

Overall, the citizens found more satisfaction for variety of shops, job opportunities, mixture of people and museums and art galleries. By contrast, the worst things were cost of living, traffic congestion and crime. Whereas, the litter was considered the major problem in the city.

The data about the best things in the city depicts that 45% of the inhabitants were satisfied over the period followed by job opportunities, mixture of people and museums and art galleries which accounted for just under 40% by each category. Night life and transportation remained relatively lower at up to 23%.

Turning to the worst things about living in London, 58% people were not satisfied with the cost of living, traffic congestion and crime, in first year of the survey. However, level of dissatisfaction were decreased in later years in case of cost of living and crime up to 48% and 37% respectively while in the second year of survey the people's opinion was recorded same as 58% for traffic congestion which declined in third year and reached 48% approximately. Conversly,cost of housing and transport were accounted for just under 35% with a little fluctuation over the period.

Finally, litter was considered the major problem in London which climbed over the peak in second year from 70% to 75% and dropped at 70% again in third year.Air quality and noise remained unchanged at 65% and 60% over the period.
