You should use your own ideas, knowledge and experience and support your arguments with examples and relevant experience.
Student answer (Band 5.0)
Most people argues that nowadays, the amount of people resuming their higher education is increased , and the availability of courses has also increased. I think this is a positive development due to the fact that a variety of courses opens different career paths for an individual to become sucessful in life.
The number of people pursuing their higher education and the quantity of courses both has raised. Because these days the competition has increased and the need of different courses has also felt important because of the new technology and new inovations. A variety of courses is also important for students to choose the path which they love. For example if there are more career paths available more students will try to continue their education.
While I believe that this is a positive developement. Because a variety of different study plans open various career oppotunities for students and help them get their dream degree and job. The students who choose courses by their own seems to get more interest in studies and get good grades. If a student is interested in AI and he get admission in it there are high chances he may prove to be very good at that subject, he can also prove him self better and help and serve the nation. As a result more educated people can lead the country to higher destinations and can get multiple achievements for their country and proves to be a productive person in the society.
In conclusion. although the number of students and courses have increaded, it may proves to be beneficial for the future of the country.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
The response addresses the prompt by clearly stating a position that the increase in education access and course variety is a positive development. Ideas are presented, such as opening different career paths and aiding technological advancements, but they tend to be repetitive and lack deep elaboration. For instance, the argument regarding students choosing courses they love is stated multiple times across paragraphs without being significantly extended. There is a tendency to over-generalise regarding the outcomes of studying Artificial Intelligence. While all parts of the task are addressed, the development of ideas remains somewhat limited and under-developed, aligning best with a Band 6.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The essay has a recognizable structure with an introduction, body paragraphs, and a conclusion, though the paragraphing is somewhat problematic—such as the single-sentence third body paragraph and the fragmented conclusion sentence starting with "In conclusion.". Cohesive devices are used, but they are frequently repetitive or mechanically applied, such as the frequent repetition of "Because" to start sentences. Referencing is occasionally unclear, as seen in the third paragraph where pronouns lack clear antecedents ("if he get admission in it there are high chances he may prove to be very good"). Progression is noticeable, but overall logical flow is hindered by awkward transitions and mechanical cohesion.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The student uses an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, attempting some less common items such as "productive person," "career opportunities," and "innovations." However, there are notable spelling and word-choice errors throughout the text, including "sucessful" instead of successful, "inovations" instead of innovations, "developement" instead of development, and "oppotunities" instead of opportunities. Furthermore, phrasing like "lead the country to higher destinations" is unnatural and shows weak collocation. Despite these lexical inaccuracies, the meaning is generally communicated, fitting the Band 5 descriptor.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The student attempts a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, but control over grammar is weak. There are frequent basic errors, such as subject-verb agreement issues ("Most people argues," "the amount of people... has increased," "the number of students and courses have increaded") and tense inconsistencies ("he get admission," "he may proves"). Punctuation is also problematic, notably the fragment sentences used as standalone thoughts (e.g., "While I believe that this is a positive developement. Because a variety...") and the stray comma in the first paragraph ("increased ,"). These errors cause some difficulty for the reader and prevent the text from reaching a higher band.
