Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You state a clear overall view that the increase is positive, especially in “This is a positive methods” and “I think that, this is a positive impacts.” You also mention possible benefits, such as gaining skills and supporting countries’ development, and give examples of countries and popular study destinations. However, the task is only partly addressed because these points are mostly asserted rather than explained. For instance, the claim that education “boosts our ecosystems” is unclear, and the examples of Japan, Germany and Russia are not linked to specific educational outcomes. Develop two or three relevant reasons, explain how each benefits individuals or society, and support them with a concrete example. Keep your position consistent and make the reasoning more precise.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0

The response has an opening, several body paragraphs and a concluding summary, and phrases such as “Firstly,” “On the other hand” and “To sum up” show an attempt to guide the reader. However, ideas are not arranged in a clear progression: the second paragraph repeats the prompt, the next gives a general opinion, and the paragraph beginning “On the other hand” introduces overseas study without explaining how it relates to the argument. Some links are also confusing, particularly “On the other hand,” since no contrasting position follows. Group related reasons into focused paragraphs, use topic sentences, and connect each example directly to the point it supports. Clearer referencing would also help readers follow what “this” and “these countries” refer to.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You attempt topic-related vocabulary, including “artificial intelligence,” “web development,” “bachelor’s degrees” and “higher education,” which shows an effort to discuss courses and study. However, the range is limited by repeated general words such as “countries,” “students” and “courses,” while frequent word-choice, collocation and spelling problems sometimes make meaning difficult to follow. Examples include “amount of people,” “reaming their education,” “prominent places” and “the wide of variety courses.” Choose more precise expressions and check spelling and word forms. For example, use “number of people” for countable individuals, “continue their education” for the intended action, and “a wide range of courses” when describing course options. Avoid using impressive-sounding phrases unless their meaning is clear.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences, including a reason introduced by “because” and a contrast introduced by “On the other hand.” However, the range is limited, and errors in sentence construction, verb forms, agreement, articles and punctuation occur frequently enough to make some sentences difficult to understand. For example, “the amount of people reaming their education finished school has enhanced” does not form a clear grammatical sentence, while “it supports and boost” has inconsistent agreement. “There are many people are continuing studies” also combines two sentence patterns incorrectly. Practise building accurate subject–verb–object sentences first, then add subordinate clauses. Check agreement, articles and sentence boundaries, and avoid commas that separate a subject from its verb.
