Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You clearly take the position that wider access to further education and more courses are positive, and you give relevant reasons: students gain knowledge, contribute to national development, and may improve their income. Your painting specialisation is a useful personal example that helps illustrate the benefits. However, the discussion remains limited and several claims are repeated rather than explained. For instance, the idea that graduates “work for the development of this country” appears more than once, but you do not show specifically how their education benefits society. The response also gives little consideration to why the wider range of courses matters in its own right. Develop each reason with a clear explanation or example, and make the link between your example and the question more explicit.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure: an opening position, supporting paragraphs, a personal example, and a conclusion. This gives the reader a basic route through your ideas. However, progression between points is limited, and several paragraphs repeat the same claim about courses helping national development. Some linking expressions are awkward or do not clearly show the relationship between ideas, such as “It is jus because of advanced development” and “To conclude that.” The personal example is relevant, but its connection to the broader argument could be signposted more clearly. Organise the body around distinct reasons—for example, personal opportunity and economic or social benefits—and use clear topic sentences and references to avoid repetition.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use vocabulary relevant to education and its benefits, including “specialization,” “knowledge,” “facilities,” and “experts,” so the main topic is generally understandable. However, the range is limited, and repeated phrases such as “different courses,” “development,” and “advantages” make the argument sound repetitive. There are also noticeable spelling and word-choice problems, including “lern,” “graducation,” “develoment,” and “curriculum” where you appear to mean courses or study. Some combinations are unnatural, such as “boost my knowledge” and “taking advantages.” Aim for more precise academic expressions and check spelling and collocations carefully. Using varied terms for education, skills, employment, and social benefits would make your points clearer and more convincing.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You communicate your main position using mostly simple sentences, and you attempt some longer structures, such as “When these students complete their courses they work for the development of this country.” However, the range is limited, and errors occur frequently in verb forms, agreement, articles, and sentence construction. Examples include “students lern,” “they tries,” “Every country try,” and “I want to boost” in a past-time account. The opening phrase “give this opportunity to their students to continuing studies” also shows difficulty forming a grammatical pattern. Punctuation and spacing are inconsistent, which makes some sentences harder to read. Practise accurate subject–verb agreement and past-tense narration, then build longer sentences from correctly controlled clauses.
