Student answer (Band 5.0)
In certain countries nowdays, the number of people continuing their education after school has increased, and also the range of courses availablr at universities and college has also increased,I think its a very positive development.
From my perspective, nowdays people are getting more education because it has many advantages.Firstly if i talk about living in this world these days are very harder due to rise in living things and compititons, If people are getting higher education at universities so they also be able to job at best companies due thier higher studies like, in many fields Farming, Agriculture and many other fields people are getting more education and it was very best thing because people perfomed well if they have education in every filed and moreover it also beneficial for the growth of the country, of people are doing best in every field they also contribute in the economy of their country and its was good for the their country's people.
Furthermore, people getting education after their school that was the best decision if they do because if they study they can get job at multinational companies and it was also good for their family because they get pay high which is also good for thier realitives and also they contribute in the growth of the country.
In conclusion, i totally agree with this statement its is very best and positive thing for the the world because people are are now more educated then before and they knew well the problems in better way.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
You clearly state a positive position in the introduction and conclusion, and your points about employment, family income and national economic growth are relevant. However, the response addresses the topic only partially: it focuses mainly on the benefits of further education and gives little attention to the increased range of courses mentioned in the prompt. The claims are also broad and repeated, with limited explanation or a specific example to show how different courses benefit individuals or society. The response contains 242 words, so it is 8 words below the 250-word minimum; the 12 words copied from the prompt are not counted. Develop one or two arguments with concrete examples and address both aspects of the development more directly.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion. Linking expressions such as “Firstly,” “Furthermore” and “In conclusion” help signal the stages of your argument. However, progression within the body paragraphs is often unclear because several ideas are joined into long sentences, and the same benefits—jobs, family support and country growth—are repeated rather than developed in a clear sequence. Some connections are difficult to follow, particularly the shift from higher education to farming and agriculture. Use one main idea per paragraph, explain it in a logical order, and make references between sentences clearer. This would make the organisation more coherent and reduce the reliance on formulaic linking words.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “higher education,” “universities,” “multinational companies” and “economy,” so the reader can identify your main subject. However, the range is limited and several words or phrases are repeated, especially “good,” “best” and “growth.” There are also noticeable spelling and word-choice errors, such as “nowdays,” “compititons,” “thier” and “realitives,” which reduce accuracy and can make parts of the message harder to understand. Some combinations are unnatural, for example “rise in living things” and “job at best companies.” Build a wider set of precise expressions for education, employment and economic benefits, and check spelling and collocations carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more extended sentence forms, including a conditional idea beginning “if they study” and sentences linked with “because” and “which.” However, the range is limited, and complex sentences are often faulty or difficult to follow. For example, “people are getting higher education … so they also be able to job” has problems with verb form and sentence construction, while “people are are now more educated then before” contains repetition and an incorrect comparative form. There are also recurring issues with articles, agreement, and punctuation, including run-on sentences joined by commas. Practise building shorter, accurate sentences first, then combine related ideas using correctly formed clauses and full stops.
