IELTS Writing Task 1 question
The pie charts below show responses by teachers of foreign languages in Britain to a survey concerning why their students are learning a foreign language. The first chart shows the main reason for learning a foreign language. The second chart shows how many teachers felt that there has been a recent change in the reason.
Write a report for a university lecturer describing the information below.

The charts illustrates reports by lecturer about students interest in learning a foregin language.
Overall the pie chart demonstrate changes of students reason for learning a foregin language. The major difference is observed in the properties selling overseas, followed by social contacts and work related, while a slight rise due to general interest and foreign partner. In contrast, travel related interest as decreased over time, followed by personal development.
The most influenced concept for students learning a foregin language is buying properties in other countries which accounted from 19% to 34%, where the social contacts has also rose from 7% to 15%, meanwhile the dramatic drop in the skill learning of other language was travel based which represented 33% to 19% over the time, personal development showed a minor change from 7% to 4%.
From the above obsevation we can clearly state the interest of learning a foregin language increased due to buying properties and drop was due to traveling to overseas.
