Student answer (Band 5.0)
Few individuals believe that work as the most prominent thing in life and some less heed other things . Whereas other humans think more curious about their hobbies and little interests in their jobs. I will discuss both of views in the upcoming paragraphs. In this day and age , it is widely believed that work is most crucial part in every person life. Mostly individuals gives ore promient to their work rather than other activities given that those people work hard for their future and their families. For instance in1990 research as been done in England that shows most of human is contrast on their work rather than their hobbies since these individuals set goal for their future life. Secondly these human beings are very cooperative and understanding in any situation because those people are work hard in their life through there jobs and they know how to handle situations such as in one book written by harry potter they shows how individuals shows their interests in only their jobs and their works On the other hand some humans enjoy their hobbies and shows less interest in their jobs . Intially these people are chill person because they think that life gives as opportunity ones a time to enjoy life and enjoy hobbies . FOR example, the research as been done in American and one's writer said that mostly people comes to me given that they want to enjoy their hobbies and shows less interests in their jobs and business. To sum up, both have beneficial work is most crucial thing coupled with hobbies but it is totally depends on people which they choose for their brighter future.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses both sides of the argument and provides a personal opinion, meeting the basic requirements of the prompt. However, the development of ideas is limited. The examples provided, such as the reference to 'Harry Potter' to illustrate work ethic, are irrelevant and lack logical connection to the topic. The arguments are somewhat repetitive and lack depth, often relying on generalizations rather than well-supported evidence. To improve, ensure that examples are pertinent and that each paragraph clearly expands on the central argument rather than restating the same point.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate (e.g., 'Intially', 'Secondly'). There is a lack of smooth transitions between sentences, making the flow feel disjointed. Referencing is sometimes unclear, particularly in the second body paragraph where the connection between the 'writer' and the argument is vague. Improving the variety and accuracy of linking words and ensuring that each sentence logically follows the previous one would significantly enhance the coherence of the response.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is limited and often repetitive. There are frequent errors in word choice and collocation, such as 'most of human is contrast on their work' and 'these people are chill person'. The range of vocabulary is insufficient to express complex ideas precisely. To reach a higher band, you should focus on learning topic-specific collocations and using a wider range of synonyms to avoid repeating basic words like 'work', 'people', and 'life'. Accuracy in word form is also an area that requires significant attention.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede communication. There are consistent issues with subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'Mostly individuals gives ore promient'), article usage, and sentence structure. While there is an attempt at complex sentences, they are often poorly constructed or contain errors that make the meaning unclear. The punctuation is also inconsistent. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence structures, ensuring subject-verb agreement, and proofreading for common errors before finalizing your writing.
